What if psychic ability isn’t rare, it’s actually universal? World-renowned psychic medium and author Laura Lynne Jackson joins Danielle to explain why intuition, signs, and spiritual communication are innate gifts we all possess, and how to access them without relying on a medium. She breaks down the concept of a “team of light,” the role of creativity as divine communication, and how spirituality can make us more resilient in real life. In this episode, Laura shares: How we all have psychic and intuitive abilities Her meaning of a "team of light," which includes God energy, spirit guides, and loved ones/ancestors who have crossed. Why signs are real, specific, and co-created, not coincidences How creativity is a portal to the other side Why our spirit guides help steer us toward our highest path, not necessarily our easiest path. How failure is often a soul-level teaching tool and can be contracted for a higher purpose. Our soul relationships continue after death and often become stronger once a loved one crosses. Why we don’t have just one soulmate, multiple soul connections can appear across forms and lifetimes. That manifesting requires two overlooked steps: purge negative beliefs and restore balance before asking. In this powerful and eye-opening conversation, real estate legend Vinney Chopra and bestselling author Gualter Amarelo break down one of the most misunderstood topics in personal finance: the four types of money that determine whether someone stays stuck or builds real, lasting wealth. Vinney shares stories from his life — from arriving in America with $7 to building a multimillion-dollar portfolio — and Gualter brings in his unique "Alchemist" perspective on how everyday people can rewrite their financial future using simple, proven frameworks. Together, they unpack the core lessons most people never learn, including:
So many of us move through life feeling overwhelmed by our challenges, wondering what they mean about us and whether we'll ever find the calm we're looking for. If you've ever felt stuck in stress, spiraling thoughts, or emotional chaos, today's episode offers a powerful reframe that can help you see your life—and yourself—through a completely different lens.I'm thrilled to be joined by Abundance Alchemist Phillip Andrew, someone whose work I've admired for a long time and who has had a profound impact on me personally. Phillip blends science and spirituality in a way that feels accessible and grounded, and he helps people understand how powerful they truly are. In our conversation, we talk about his journey and why nervous system regulation is the foundation for creating clarity, confidence, and possibility in your life.Phillip shares how the stories we hold onto can keep us stuck, and why you don't need to revisit every detail of your past or carefully plan your future in order to feel better today. When you create safety within yourself and regulate your nervous system moment by moment, you open the door to creativity, intuition, and a sense of inner steadiness. This is where real transformation begins. You don't have to fix everything at once. You don't have to have it all figured out. One moment of regulation and awareness can ripple out in ways you may not even realize. What you'll learn:Why many of us subconsciously use victimhood as a way to feel safeWhat true emotional ownership without blaming yourself looks likeHow self-criticism becomes a subtle but powerful form of self-abuseHow science and spirituality come together through nervous system regulationSimple, moment-to-moment practices to help you build inner safety and coherenceYou can read the full show notes here.About Phillip AndrewPhillip is the founder of Abundance Alchemist™, helping people raise their consciousness, regulate their nervous system, and create abundance from identity alignment—not force. Welcome to A Change Question — a special mini-series from The Inner Game of Change. In each short, solo episode, I bring you one question worth sitting with — the kind that can spark both personal and professional shifts. There are moments in life when a change that once felt right begins to feel small. It has shaped us, stretched us, and carried us for a while. Then, almost quietly, we realise we have moved beyond it.In this short, reflective episode, Ali explores the question: How do I know when I have outgrown this change?Drawing on Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist, the words of Leonard Cohen, the insight of Toni Morrison, and examples from The Lord of the Rings and Little Women, this episode looks at the deeper layers of growth and the quiet signals that tell us we are ready for something different. This is not advice. It is a gentle pause. A moment to think about the changes that have served us, the ones we may be carrying out of habit, and the possibilities that open when we release what no longer fits.A short episode for anyone sensing that they have outgrown a chapter of their life, their work, or their identity.Send us a textAli Juma @The Inner Game of Change podcast Follow me on LinkedIn

Rebecca Heineman, a pioneering programmer and game designer, has passed away at age 62 from adenocarcinoma. Heralded as the ‘first-ever video game champion,’ she co-founded Interplay Productions (creators of Fallout and Wasteland) and later founded two more studios, Contraband Entertainment and Logicware. Heineman was also a trailblazer for transgender game developers, transitioning mid-career in 2003, and was honored with the Gayming Icon Award for her work and advocacy. Old School Essentials (OSE) will have a 2026 Update, which aims to streamline the core product line of the beloved old-school RPG. Necrotic Gnome is consolidating its five existing core products into two definitive, 256-page hardcovers: the OSE Player's Book and Referee's Book, based on the popular Advanced Fantasy ruleset. The new books will feature a new cover design, approximately 200 new illustrations, enhanced introductory material, a glossary and index, and minor rule tweaks and optional rules (like training and XP for magic items). Crucially, the update ensures 100% compatibility with older OSE books and makes the entire core game 100% OGL-Free for long-term legal safety. Both Fantasy Grounds and Alchemy VTT announced that their core platforms are now completely free to play. Fantasy Grounds removed its previous one-time license or recurring subscription barrier, allowing Game Masters and players to host and join unlimited games immediately. Its developer, SmiteWorks, also launched a beta for a web-based Fantasy Grounds Online Reader. Similarly, Alchemy VTT is now free with unlimited access to games, characters, game systems (“Universes”), and asset uploads, replacing its subscription with an optional “Alchemist” supporter model. Discover your archetype hereWelcome to our new Lightworker Archetype Series! In this inaugural episode, we're exploring what it looks like when the Alchemist, Performer, and Mystic archetypes come together in one person's work and business.Lidia Lins spent 15 years building a successful career in environmental science—studying deep-sea organisms at 10,000 meters underwater, earning a double PhD, winning grants and prizes. But music was her first love at age 12, buried under the weight of what felt like a "real career." After a profound plant medicine experience, everything changed. She heard the truth she'd been silencing: her purpose wasn't to study life from the outside, but to breathe life back into people through sound and voice.Today, Lidia merges her backgrounds in science, therapy, and yoga into a unique approach to voice activation—helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and communicate from their deepest truth. She released her debut album "Libertad" (Freedom) in 2023 and created "Your Naked Voice Mentorship," a 12-week program guiding others to vocal authenticity. In this conversation, we explore:How success in a misaligned career can trap us into more misalignmentThe journey from burnout to aligned purposeHow different environments can silence our voice (literally and metaphorically)The practical side of building a healing business: pricing, boundaries, and staying authenticWhy voice work is one of the most suppressed yet powerful healing modalitiesA simple humming exercise you can try todayConnect with Lidia:Website: www.lidialins.comInstagram: @lidialinsSpotify: Listen to "Libertad"Enjoying this episode? People of all social classes are subject to Jonson's ruthless, satirical wit. He mocks human weakness and gullibility to advertising and to "miracle cures" with the character of Sir Epicure Mammon, who dreams of drinking the elixir of youth and enjoying fantastic sexual conquests. The Alchemist focuses on what happens when one human being seeks advantage over another. In a big city like London, this process of advantage-seeking is rife. The trio of con-artists - Subtle, Face and Dol - are self-deluding small-timers, ultimately undone by the same human weaknesses they exploit in their victims. Reports of rap music's demise have been greatly exaggerated. The rap game is alive and well, especially in the indie world, which is thriving right now. As 2025 has moved forward, the list of real album of the year contenders keeps getting longer. The Backwoodz cinematic universe continues to release great music at an unreal pace. While billy woods' Golliwog and the new Golliwog remix album are still in heavy rotation, Armand Hammer have returned with a new album called Mercy, produced entirely by The Alchemist. On this week's episode, the three bad brothers you know so well share their first reactions to Mercy and to the August Fanon-produced Golliwog remix record. It's not all Backwoodz talk, though. The bros sit down with rapper and producer Chester Watson to discuss his influences, his ballet roots, and his new beat tape and crew project, Psychic Warfare Department. They wrap up the episode by talking about Outkast's recent induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Nate's vision quest into the Mojave Desert, where he caught a live set from the homies Open Mike Eagle and Video Dave. About Scarlett:Scarlett, aka The Biz Hippie, helps coaches master money and own their worth so they can be fully supported by the work they love! Using a combination of tangible money management strategies and a variety of powerful coaching techniques, Scarlett helps her clients transform their mindset and relationship to money and strategically make their vision happen.Scarlett didn't always live life this way. At the age of 18, Scarlett had already begun her professional journey and was managing restaurants and pursuing a degree in Business Management, Accounting, and Finance. Her life was all business all the time, despite having horrible relationships (with both people and money), struggles with depression, head-to-toe eczema, and frequent migraines. It took a cannabis-induced near-death experience to shake her to her core and start a slow crawl from rock bottom.Scarlett swung her pendulum from full business mode to total hippie; becoming a life coach, yoga instructor, and reiki practitioner. It was when a coach friend of hers was struggling with money that she was inspired to bring together her experience, skills, and degree to support her!! This was the genesis of Empowered Abundance, a program that helps coaches and business leaders transition into their next level of abundance with all the tools they need to make conscious and aligned decisions.Scarlett is a certified coach through the World Coach Institute and a Level 2 Enlifted Coach. On a personal level, she is a total hippie and loves spending time barefoot outside, vibing with her family in drum circles, and using plant medicine in the jungle.Website: https://thebizhippie.comFree 30 Minute Connection Call: https://thebizhippie.com/activationLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/scarlett-stanhopeFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/scarlett.stanhope/-----If you're struggling, consider therapy with our sponsor, BetterHelp.Visit https://betterhelp.com/candicesnyder for a 10% discount on your first month of therapy.*This is a paid promotionIf you are in the United States and in crisis, or any other person may be in danger -Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Dial 988-----Connect with Candice Snyder!Website: https://www.podpage.com/passion-purpose-and-possibilities-1/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/candicebsnyder?_rdrPassion, Purpose, and Possibilities Community Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/passionpurposeandpossibilitiescommunity/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/passionpurposepossibilities/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/candicesnyder/Shop For A Cause With Gifts That Give Back to Nonprofits: https://thekindnesscause.com/Fall In Love With Artists And Experience Joy And Calm: https://www.youtube.com/@movenartrelaxationClick this link to receive your FREE TRIAL to The Greenhouse Communityhttps://www.thegreenhousecommunity.com/checkout/the-greenhouse-membership?affiliate_code=11e889

A dash of mystery, a sparkle of magic, and all things cozy! Elle interviews fellow cozy authors in this bookish podcast from Authors on the Air. Today on the podcast, meet Emily Krempholtz, author of the upcoming cozy fantasy romance Violet Thistlewaite is Not a Villain Anymore! Elle and Emily talk about redemption arcs, the joy of side characters, the ultimate scrapbook of stories, and more. Happy listening! Emily's Bio: Emily Krempholtz is an author, editor, book coach, ghostwriter, and storyteller. When she's not writing, Emily loves to hike, travel, ride horses, bake bread, decorate cakes, play board games, and drink more tea than is probably healthy. She reads just about as many fantasy and romance novels as she can get her hands on, and spends a lot of time camped out in her neighborhood cafes, writing. Emily lives in sunny Colorado, where you can usually find her in the mountains—either hiking (and pretending to be a character in a novel) or curled up in a hammock with a good book (and also pretending to be a character in a novel). She's on a lifelong quest to discover the magic in the world, and has a sneaking suspicion that the written word is where she'll find it. Find Emily's Website and Books Here: https://emilykrempholtz.com/ ~~~ Elle Hartford's Bio: Elle Hartford writes cozy mystery with a fairy tale twist. The award-winning first book in her Alchemical Tales series, Beauty and the Alchemist, finds amateur sleuth Red mixed up with murderous beasts and moody beauties, and a set of missing books besides! Elle has also written two spin-off series, the cozy fantasy-goes-to-the-beach Marine Magic series as well as Pomegranate Cafe Romance. For other writers and authors looking into “wide” indie publishing, Elle offers coaching as well as the Beyond Writing blog (ellehartford.substack.com) with how-tos and resources. This episode of The Other Side of the Bell, featuring trumpeter, vocalist, composer and percussionist Pete Rodriguez, is brought to you by Bob Reeves Brass. This episode also appears as a video episode on our YouTube channel, you can find it here: "Pete Rodriguez trumpet interview" About Pete Rodriguez: Trumpeter, vocalist, and percussionist Pete Rodríguez carries the bloodline of Nuyorican salsa as he takes his unique brand of jazz to exciting new places. Son of salsa singer Pete "El Conde" Rodriguez and godson of Fania Records bandleader Johnny Pacheco, Rodríguez cut his teeth playing with some of the greatest names in Latin music. By age 19, he was musical director of his father's band. As a vocalist, he sang on Tito Puente's Grammy-award winning Mambo Birdland. As an instrumentalist, he's appeared with legends including Celia Cruz, Chico O'Farrill, Bebo Valdez and Eddie Palmieri, including performing on the Brian Lynch/Eddie Palmieri Project's Grammy-winning release, Simpatico. As a bandleader, Rodriguez draws on his diverse upbringing—including living through the birth of Hip Hop in the Bronx and becoming an accomplished classical trumpeter during his adolescence in Puerto Rico—to create his own brand of jazz that defies categorization. The result is music that has been praised as "not only instrumentally ferocious, but texturally rich and at times profoundly intimate," with compositions "rich in musical depth, tone and beauty, as well as rhythm and melody… giving his music an appeal beyond genres." (Downbeat). His music demonstrates his aptitude for hard-driving, modern post-bop jazz, as much as melodic Latin variants and R&B-tinged grooves. Rodriguez has released a series of acclaimed albums as a leader, including Mind Trip, The Alchemist, Caminando con Papi (Destiny Records), El Conde Negro (Destiny Records), Obstacles (Sunnyside Records), and his most recent, I'm Pete Rodríguez, Vol. 1 (Sunnyside Records), named one of the Best of 2024 by the New York City Jazz Record. His forthcoming I'm Pete Rodríguez, Vol. 2 continues his exploration of identity, resilience, and innovation. "As a bandleader he's working on a clean, complex and flexible model of modern Latin jazz … his compositions change shape and character, according to the free flow of the arrangements, among art song and swing and clave. Draped over all of it is Mr. Rodriguez's powerful playing, soft-toned but battling." – The New York Times Episode Links: peterodriguezmusic.com Pete on Instagram (@prodriguezmusic) on YouTube (@peterodriguezmusic) on Facebook (@prodriguezmusic) Upcoming Events: Greg Black Mouthpieces, November 7 & 8 North Carolina Music Educators Association Conference, November 9 & 10 Book your alignment here!
