It is anyone who trusts and follows Jesus. When we trust in Jesus to forgive our sins, we enter into God's Kingdom. The kingdom of God has treasure more valuable by far than anything we possess. We should gladly sacrifice everything we possess if need be, that we might possess the Kingdom of Heaven.

Join Pastor Chris this week as we learn about the time Jesus walked on water. Jesus proved the He can be trusted. His miracles, teaching, death, and resurrection showed that He is who He says He is. Only Jesus can save us when we look to Him in faith.

By feeding the 5,000, Jesus provided for the physical needs of the crowd. The next day, Jesus called Himself the Bread of Life (John 6:35). Only Jesus is able to satisfy our souls forever by providing forgiveness, peace with God, and eternal life.

This week Pastor Chris talks about how Jesus' disciples knew He was a good man and a good teacher. But when Jesus calmed the wind and the waves, He showed His disciples that He is also God. Only God can rule the sea and still the waves. (Psalm 89:9)

Jesus said “I am the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep. I know My sheep, and My sheep know Me.” Who are His sheep? Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and people are His sheep. God sent Him to rescue sinners and He laid down His life for them so they could have forgiveness and eternal life. When we trust in Jesus, we are His sheep who listen to, follow and obey Him.

GIVE THAT BACK! THAT'S MINE! THAT'S MINE, TOO! ALL OF IT IS MINE, MINE, MINE! Do you ever find yourself saying things like this? Have you ever wanted something another person had and felt like you just HAD to have it? Jesus says we should be on guard at all times. He says we should try to keep from being greedy and focusing on possessions and money because that isn't what is important about life.
