We find ourselves sometimes talking with someone. They mention to us that we did something that they perceived as hurtful. But we genuinely believe we didn't do that. Who is right? Details are important, but majority of the time Truth is perception. We are not looking to be right, we are actually looking to be heard. Experiment and see if it helps you feel empowered/liberated. Take ownership!
My self esteem grows a little bit when i am right. Maybe thats why i was doing my best to actually prove that i was. Then i questioned, does it really matter that much to be right? Does this actually deepen my relationship with my family, friends, love one, or in business? In this episode i shared an example why i changed my belief. And how it has helped me to enjoy my life much more. Its not easy to do daily, its takes time and practice. Experiment in your own life and let me know how it goes at infoktmo@gmail.com

Whatever we believe about us and challenges, will happen. If you think you can take on a problem and solve it, you will. If you believe you cant handle it, you wont. What do i mean by that? Either you take on the problem and solve it. Or you crumble under the pressure. This is a moment to practice belief of surviving and adapting to a really particular situation like the Corona Virus. Will you let it control you or will you weather the storm?
I was reading a book that hit me directly to my little voices that stop me from getting things done. Now that we have lots of time, this is the perfect excuse to not do what we need to do each day. Here is an strategy that is working for me each day to keep myself in check; 1)Write your Weekly goals 2)Write your Daily task 3)Have an highlight, something that you can reward yourself at the end of the day. 4)Read each of the list above every Morning and before going to sleep(as a accomplishment check up) Listen, test it, and let me know what you think at infoktmo@gmail.com
We need to be able to manage ourselves. If we cant persuade us, how can we trust us to follow through? Couple of strategies on how we can do this, 1)Feed you mind, this means the content that we consume(video, music, books, podcast, etc.), people we hangout with, our self talk, etc. 2)Condition your body, what do we do regularly that can change our physical state. Movement its what gives us energy, so how can we move today different to create it? 3)Becoming a master of asking the right questions, this means asking questions in a unique way. Different from what we normally do, maybe more specific, change the angles, include analogies, etc. This is the perfect time to influence yourself. We all have a lot of downtime, so sit down and strategies what you want to persuade yourself to do more in your daily life. More present time with your kids? Spouse/girl or boyfriend? Move more? Eat better? Spend less? Make more money? Have a listen and test this strategy, let me know how it works for you at infoktmo@gmail.com
Why do we get triggered by other people's behavior and how are we annoying to others. Its more about the person being set off inside. They are being reminded about a past trauma/pain. The strategy of today is, How can we become more compassionate towards them? And don't let others dictate our moods. Listen and test the strategy, see if it works for you. I was basically choking in the beginning. But i want to keep it real
