No doubt, 2021 for Las Vegas new homes will be a strong year for sales like we experienced in 2020. You would have thought Covid-19 would have resulted in slow demand for Las Vegas new homes but the opposite occurred. Summerlin, one of the top 10 master planned communities in the US, has a new home Village that's just starting called Redpoint that's experiencing high demand. Redpoint also has a wide range of property types and prices starting with base prices in the $300's. Luxury homes are also being built in Redpoint Village that will be priced over $1 million.
