The lawyers representing survivors — including a firm called Edwards & Henderson — submitted a scathing filing to a federal judge after a recent release of documents tied to the Epstein estate revealed dozens of unredacted names of alleged victims, even including some who were minors at the time of abuse. The disclosure, made public via a release authorized by the House Oversight Committee, triggered “widespread panic” among survivors, who said the government had promised to shield their identities but instead exposed them. One survivor reportedly stated she had “been unable to mentally and emotionally function or sleep.”In their letter the lawyers argued that the unredacted names couldn't merely be a mistake — either the DOJ “does not know” all the identities of the victims and therefore cannot reliably redact them, or it “is intentionally failing to protect victims from public exposure.” They asked the court to require the DOJ to overhaul its review and redaction process, to ensure no further releases of sensitive documents occur before proper redactions are in place. Without that, they warned, survivors would remain at risk of further trauma, public shaming, and emotional distress.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

In this episode, Dr. Steve Judson and Dr. Drew Henderson talk about what it really means to show up — in your practice, in your profession, and in your life. Not for the photo op. Not for the postcard promising an extra $30,000 a month. But out of genuine obedience to the principle, love for the people on your table, and a commitment to something bigger than yourself. The doors that open in this profession don't open because you chased them. They open because you kept showing up, stayed humble, built real relationships, and let your work speak. From DE hallways to Mar-a-Lago — it's the same story. Obedience puts you in the room. Dr. Steve and Dr. Drew also remind every chiropractor listening: you cannot fake lasting purpose. Sell your patients on their own ability to heal — and nothing else. It's time to Wake Up Humans — to get quiet, get connected, and let that innate intelligence guide you. In the office and out of it. Become the hollow bone. How's your Atlas? Learn more at drstevejudson.com and check out Steve Judson's books and gear.

Vindman weighed in on Virginia redistricting as early voting gets underway. The D.C. Council passed two bills this week aimed at increasing transparency around MPD's cooperation with federal immigration agencies. At-Large Councilmember Christina Henderson got behind the mic to talk about the legislation and why the bills are necessary, despite objections from D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser. She also discussed her efforts to raise taxes on "flushable" wipes. Henderson introduced the bill following an incident in which wipes clogged pumps used to mitigate a sewage spill in the Potomac. It may say flushable on your package, and, sure, it may get down the drain in that immediate, but we know that it is causing backups, not just in the D.C water utility system, but in folks' homes and apartment buildings," she said. The tax revenue generated by the bill would go toward sewer maintenance and repair by D.C. Water. As a potential alternative to the wipes, Henderson's bill also offers a sales tax break on bidetsArlington County is facing major budget challenges that could lead the County Board to raise taxes. Arlington County Board Chair Matt de Ferranti sat down with Kojo and Tom to discuss how the board plans to navigate a nearly $40 million budget gap, including possibly eliminating a popular youth gymnastics program and saving the county nearly $1 million. But some residents are pushing back, saying the program serves thousands of kids. Board Chair de Ferranti said the county needs to make tough budget choices."We have to be looking at all the services that might not be core services or might not be serving the most vulnerable," he said.De Ferranti said the board is considering other options for the program, like changing fees and focusing on serving kids with special needs. Plus, Board Chair de Ferranti talked about how leaders are preparing for a potential surge in federal immigration enforcement in the county.Send us questions and comments for guests: kojo@wamu.orgFollow us on Instagram: instagram.com/wamu885Follow us on Bluesky: bsky.app/wamu.org

A public servant that goes about their business is a rarity. The one that knows their job and goes about getting things done is the best example of a leader. This is the mayor of Henderson, she is that kind of leader and all mayors should take a page from her book.
One of Australia's biggest radio shows has come to an explosive end after an infamous on-air spat. Kyle Sandilands and Jacqueline ‘Jackie O' Henderson will no longer present the KIIS FM breakfast program together after Sandilands berated Henderson during a live broadcast last week. TV producer and host of The Beefing podcast, Alexandria Funnell, is questioning why this particular incident ended the show. "The two are known for the biggest stunts in Australian radio history, aren't they? So this is a pretty clever one if it is, it's getting a lot of coverage, they're giving a lot of information about things that are going on behind the scenes." Tiquette Bramlett is very busy these days as owner/CEO of Henderson Ave. Wines, co-founder of nonprofit "Our Legacy Harvested," and the current board chair for the Oregon Wine Board. Her story is a busy one, too, full of life lessons, family, and navigating challenges and successes that came her way. A big disruption after college graduation forced her to change all her plans and make maybe the biggest pivot of her life. Surrounded by family, friends and community - she came out on the other side, ready to get to work, specifically in the wine industry. She found herself asking more questions, wanting to learn more and in 2015 moved up to Oregon seeking a wine community. Weaved throughout Henderson Ave. Wines (where music, wine, and gathering with community meet), her nonprofit, and finding spaces and opportunities in the wine industry for those who maybe thought it was off limits - is a woman who continues to ask questions, challenge the norm, and won't settle for complacency.
Australia's highest-paying radio show has come to an explosive end. Sydney's Kyle and Jackie O Show has collapsed after Kyle Sandilands reamed out his co-host Jackie ‘O' Henderson in a seven-minute-long exchange she later described as an attack. It led to the program being taken off-air and Henderson quitting the show, and a 14-day suspension and potential contract termination for Sandilands. Australia Correspondent Steve Price told Mike Hosking the company is probably going to be very happy they can get out of the $200 million contract. In this bonus episode of Speak the Truth, Michael introduces John Henderson to preview the Trauma Track for the Call to Counsel Conference 2026, led by Henderson alongside Darby Strickland and Curtis Solomon. They describe the track's aim of equipping counselors to bring compassionate, patient, gospel-centered ministry to men and women suffering trauma, emphasizing deep healing that requires biblical wisdom and a robust view of the person as an embodied soul made in God's image. The eight sessions include biblical anthropology of trauma, defining trauma and its development, describing and entering the sufferer's world, remembering/reliving/retelling and reinterpreting through Scripture, grief and lament, guilt and shame and God's covering in Christ, and a closing Q&A. The track is presented as culturally and personally relevant and intended to demystify trauma while fostering dependence on God's grace, Spirit, and Word.00:00 Podcast Welcome00:19 Bonus Episode Setup00:33 Trauma Track Purpose01:38 Session 1 Biblical Anthropology01:55 Session 2 Defining Trauma02:12 Sessions 3-4 Entering Their World02:44 Session 5 Retelling the Story03:23 Sessions 6-7 Lament and Shame04:17 Session 8 Q&A Wrap Up04:34 Why This Track Matters05:56 Demystifying Trauma Counseling06:55 Hope in Christ and Scripture07:32 Final Invitation to 2026Register Now

In this episode, Dr. Steve Judson and Dr. Drew Henderson draw a straight line between Olympic gold and principled chiropractic — because both demand the same thing: relentless preparation, mastery of the craft, and an unshakeable commitment to the truth. The adjustment that changes a child's life in two visits doesn't happen by luck. The practice that runs on pure word of mouth doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone put in the work when no one was watching, stayed rooted in principle when shortcuts were everywhere, and chose to serve with love every single time they unlocked that door. Dr. Steve and Dr. Drew also take a moment to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Guy Riekeman — a man who loved this profession deeply and left it better than he found it. Time is short. The work matters. Train like it. How's your Atlas? Learn more at drstevejudson.com and check out Steve Judson's books and gear.
