Carl Gambino is a hustler and a boss, but ontrary to popular belief, he is not the grandson of one of New York's most infamous crime bosses Carlo Gambino. Actually, Carl grew up in New York and New Jersey in a modest middle class home and cut his teeth in sales at 19 years old by making hundreds of cold calls in boiler rooms across New York.
