On this MedCast we bring on Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Dr. Lucius Pomerantz, MD, FAAOS. Dr Lucius specializes in hand surgery and was able to give insight in how to better protect our hands while training Jiu Jitsu.
