    Have you ever followed someone else's workout at a gym? Have you ever been a person to have someone follow you around at the gym copying your workout? This podcast explains why you shouldn't get bothered! TLDLOR: (too long don't listen or read) people copy stuff that's good so if someone copies you feel good about yourself. If you get upset ask yourself if its because your worried they may do it better than you, and if that's the worry then let them do it better. Copy them doing it better and improve that more yourself.
