Today's temporary set back is just that: temporary. It was not unexpected, but worse than I anticipated. I'm already back on track and reflecting on how far I've come, and the successes that are ahead.

Cold cuts and cheese are a staple for my lunches. I've started adding a few carbs to my diet: almonds and blueberries.
