We all fight internal battles. The magnitude varies per person, but nonetheless, we've all experienced war at some point in time. Not that my recent battle has been harmful, its actually been quite eye-opening. God has been revealing A LOT to me, and I am so excited to continue to walk with him on my journey of life. I met Chris last June in a Taco Bell Drive-Thru. His sign said he was hungry, so I rolled down my window. What happened next changed my life.

There’s a lot to unpack when you’ve been chasing dreams with your brother since 14 years old.. From traveling around the country with our dance business as teenagers, to moving to LA together at the ages of 18 & 19, to opening up your own studio at 20, what an adventure life has been. How many of us have “off days” but fail to rest our minds? I’m very guilty of this. When it’s time to work, WORK. When it’s time to rest, REST.

There’s purpose in everything - things just don’t happen. Woke up at 5:30 this morning feeling led to bless somebody, so I challenged others on Instagram to do the same. 30 minutes later I’m in the hills watching the sunrise and when I look down next to my feet... @ericlopezmgmt

I didn’t feel led to share anything this morning. I didn’t feel that I had anything on my heart that was worth it. Brandon threw some wisdom my way and that all changed. Welcome to my day!

Sacrifice means something different for everyone and if we want to operate at peak level, we have to accept the fact that it is something we must partake in. Sebastian and Faith are doing some great things right now and I am proud of them for their consistency. I wanted to experience this new jump they made last night, but I knew it was not feasible for me so I had to take a step back. Every tier you cross demands a new version of you. The odds of you being born are quite slim, but if you're reading this right now, look's like you have beat those odds. Take a dive into the importance of gratitude. There is purpose in your life and I pray that you channel it outwards as time keeps going! Blessings.

I walked into the restaurant to cover someone’s tab not knowing what the impact would be.. Kindness is cool, and it’ll always win.

Everyone can say I’m not feeling it & come back tomorrow. But not everyone can reject those thoughts & work through it.

Just because it is heavy does not mean it is hard to carry! Embrace your failures & struggles because the things that broke you also shaped you.

If you would have asked me to start a podcast 48 hours ago, I would have said hell naw. But, here I am.. Which further proves my point that your life can change in a mere 24 hours. Brandon Esparza is one of my bestfriends and has routinely hinted at me to start a podcast and share who I am with the world. After letting the thought go in one ear and out the other countless of times, I actually let the idea marinate for the first time yesterday (12/28/20).  I am always bursting with positive energy (seriously, ask anyone that spends 5 min around me haha) so I choose to share that with my (small) social media following DAILY. Now, if I can do that, why the hell can't I do this? I truly am in love with life and all it has to offer, so I want to share that with anyone that I can..  If you made it this far, I thank you.
