    Karin Koch is the Executive Director of University Lab Partners (ULP), an independent nonprofit wet lab and med-tech incubator located at the Cove @ UCI and funded by the Beall Family Foundation. Karin also serves as a member of Beall Applied Innovation's inclusive entrepreneurship task force. She's an experienced leader in public service, business development, social work, and many other areas of public service.     Aimee Edinger is a professor of developmental and cell biology in the School of Biological Sciences at UCI where she teaches introductory biology, serves as an equity advisor for diversity and inclusion in science, and runs the Edinger lab. Aimee is also co-founder of Siege Pharmaceuticals a company developing new cancer drugs based on a naturally-occurring molecule that starves cancer cells to death.
