Chant: Shiva is one of the most powerful and revered Energies. Shiva is change, transformation, destruction. Though, all with a loving intent. All change is an opportunity to bring you closer to your dharma, your truth.
Chant: This is a chant to Lord Hanuman-the embodiment of courage, devotion, and service; service to our higher self and to each other. When we call out to Hanuman we call out to these aspects within our selves.
Pranayama: The breath is the most powerful and effective tool we have for staying centered and inspired.
Asana: 10 min of movement to get grounded and reconnect. Child’s pose and Malasana (yogic squat). Opening the hips and groin, stretching the low back while softening the shoulders.
