"The Engineer's prayer" N.A.S.A.'s Apollo space program in the 1960's set the record and standard for deep space travel. The feat has yet to be replicated by ANY other space agency on the planet. Today, there is an outbreak of private aerospace corporations, with lofty goals of delivering various space transportation services. A number of those services include, offering private citizens a trip into space for tourism. We also have other agencies with plans of building moon bases and the potential colonization of Mars and other celestial bodies in our solar system.
