My hope and intention through this podcast is to serve each and every one of you as a catalyst, a safe space, a mirror, a voice, a container, a space to come as you are and laugh and cry and recognize and REMEMBER what it looks like and feels like to SHOW UP for YOURSELF. Because you have always been there, right there. We’re here to embrace the hot mess express, to take the seat as your own conductor, in your own magical, brilliant, blessed, crazy shit show. And I am right here with you. And I’m so blessed, and so grateful. You can follow @siri.hoffman on Insta for love, light & laughter
WELCOME! Here we go... You showed up!! Here you are. Here we are. This is the beginning of an incredible journey. Of showing up EXACTLY AS YOU ARE. Perfectly imperfect, beautiful and broken, YOU. Here is where you shine back into yourself, where you can remember to feel and REMEMBER what it feels like and looks like to SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF. I've got you. Here we go. Time to LAUGH, cry, pee our pants, connect, reflect, honor all that we are and who we are BECOMING.
Every Thursday I want to offer you a mini-episode where I share content, a poem, quote, or piece created by someone else, that has added value to my life and impacted me in some way, and offer it out to you with hopes that it will speak to your heart too. Today's episode was inspired by being asked to write a creative writing piece to create CONNECTION. So here is what was on my heart, it's called "Remembering Mae"

So today I want to talk about what in fact IS a shit show, how do we define and interpret our OWN. It's THIS!!! It is exactly this, you, me, this moment, this life!! It's this messy beautiful life we're in!!! It's the expansion and contraction, the paradoxes, the things that don't make any sense, the joy, the fear, the challenges, the growth, the tears, the laughter. And how do we SHOW UP for it, in other words how do we simply SHOW UP. It starts RIGHT HERE, showing up RIGHT HERE for yourself. It is accepting the invitation to remain invested in your heart and it's whispering. It is accepting the invitation to be intuitive, to LISTEN and LEARN, to pay attention, to PAUSE, to ground, to take IN what's within YOU and THEN what's around you. We also have to show up for ourselves in order to show up for ANYONE ELSE. Showing up is truly acknowledging that YOU ARE NEEDED.
