Ever heard of a gin-based cocktail called, “The Stalker”? Well, we suggest you make it as you listen to this episode of SpeakEasy To Me (RECIPE AT BOTTOM OF DESCRIPTION) An intoxicating story about the dangers of having too passionate an ex-boyfriend, and a showdown in a restaurant parking lot with no one around to help! Stalkers are very real, people, and it happens a lot to bartenders and servers! Bottoms up! THE STALKER COCKTAIL: 1.5 oz. gin, 1 oz. celery stalk, 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice, 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice, ginger beer. Tools: shaker, strainer. Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a clean collins glass with fresh ice cubes. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
