In June, Sean and I decided to live apart for one month. I moved into an airbnb and we lived separately, only seeing one another twice per week. Sean and I talk about our feelings about our time living apart, as well as a few other tangents. It's tough to keep ourselves on topic. ;)
Come on this unedited journey with me. I discuss my relationship with control, how drugs brought my fears up and how I process big emotions during quarantine (and always).
Christine and I ramble on about what our lives are looking like in the wake of self-isolation. We talk mental health, libido, partner stuff, open relationships and lots of other meanderings. This is the kind of content you get when I talk to my friends.
My unfiltered ramblings on my own anxiety and how I've been coping during this insanity. Stay safe happy and filled with orgasms, my friends.
“50 Plus A Tip” podcast host, Dani Nadeau is a sarcastic, straightforward, sex-positive feminist who’s never one to hold back. Dani lives her life by two philosophies 1) it’s better to have a life of ‘oh well’s than ‘what if’s and 2) be unapologetically you. Her years of experience as a sex worker have given her a passion and drive to do what she can to eliminate the incorrect stigma that currently surrounds sex work. This week I talk to Dani about everything you've wanted to know about sex work and why someone would choose to be a sex worker. We cover the legalities, lifestyle and how we can support sex workers and become good allies. Mika Laulainen, a director, artist and all around badass in the theatre community, chats with me about consent, non-monogamy and the patriarchy. In the past, it's been an unspoken understanding that actors should dive into any situation they find themselves in. But this can be triggering for some people. Especially when it comes to creating art that might centre around sex, sexual violence, physical altercations or anything that could cause a boundary to be crossed. Mika and I chat about some of the work she's doing to create a safe, communicative space where actors can feel free to express their boundaries while still staying true to the art they're creating.
Are you curious about anal play? Anal sex can be a fun, pleasurable experience that can lead to intense orgasmic experiences. But it can also be a bit scary and/or overwhelming. And that's ok! Here's my top tips for anyone looking to jump head first into butt stuff. ;) Episode Links Uberlube: https://amzn.to/32xLg0J

We have been conditioned to subdue our true power. And even if you consider yourself powerful and in control, there's still ways that you could be subconsciously diminishing yourself to appear more socially acceptable. Let's talk about a few of the big ways that we give away our energy and how to curb these unnecessary learned habits.

Empowering women is a hot topic these days. Even advertising has jumped onboard, using our empowerment journey as a way to sell soap...
There has been so little research done on the female body. It makes us wonder if we're normal, if we're healthy or if we're crazy. I know plenty of health care providers who brush off women's pain and issues. But more and more information is starting to surface as we finally delve into the mysteries of the deep...or at least the mysteries of the vulva. In this episode I debunk 4 myths surrounding the vulva so we can finally put these damaging ideas to rest. Disclaimer: I know that not all women have vulvas and not all people with vulvas are women. There isn't a ton of research out there on trans & gender queer bodies. So we can't accurately say that what works for cis women will work for trans folk. This research is based on cis women who grow up to identify as female. Inside all of us is a sexy, confident inner badass. Maybe you've already met yours. I met mine almost 7 years ago, after a painful breakup pushed me to take control of my body and rebuild the relationship with my sexual energy. This wasn't about sex (although that was part of the journey), this was about harnessing this powerful part of my self and giving my entire life a facelift. It was about stepping into the person I was meant to be so I could live the life I always wanted. Here's how I got there...
