Alx sits down with his good friend Mark Rau. Although he's an accomplished civil engineer by day, he's also one of the best to talk to when it comes to good made in Hawaii products and drinkys. Mark came prepared with different whiskey, beer, and snacks, but he was also willing to open up about his experience with anxiety and depression last year, in hopes to raise awareness. 

Johnny Valentine is one of Hawaii's premiere entertainers who can pretty much play whatever you want! He's had to adjust by live streaming his music during COVID, and Alx talks to him about that adjustment, his childhood and his influence on his nephew, Bruno Mars. On the first official Coolers & Takeout Podcast, Alx talks story with his Dad and brother Nick over snacks and beers.Nick brought some good jerky but surprised the guys with a Carolina Reaper flavored beef jerky.
