Hey Ya'll! This is a "Life Experience Podcast" where I talk about anything and everything that comes along in life. We live in a time where it's more important than ever to listen to others stories and to empathize with their experiences. This is my way
Hey people:) I'm curious in nature with the inner workings of the human mind and what we are able to accomplish with our systems, on a physical level as well as on a psychological level. In this episode I question how one is able to change how they view not only the world around us but how they view themselves as well. I truly believe in they saying..If you change your mind, change your life. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Hey you freakin people:) In Episode 8 my guest is Steele Headden who is graduating from the University of Utah and just finished his last season as a collegiate lacrosse athlete. Steele and I talk on the affects mental health has on our minds and bodies, as well as what has helped the both of us overcome and persevere through difficult emotional baggage. My hope is to open up these difficult discussions to help those who feel isolated with their own psychological drama, and show them they aren't alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel. WE GOT THIS!!
Yoooooooo! In this Episode I talk on my experience of what I saw on a trip down to Mexico, in a wild area of Tijuana. There is so much being spread through media and meme accounts that cause us to have certain beliefs as to how we should think and feel about the people of Mexico. In seeing so many beautiful things and people, I wanted to share my experience to give a perspective that may not be as main stream, but I hope it opens someones thought process and gets you thinking for yourself. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Hey Ya'll! So many of us want to be a voice or force of change. There are so many things that we want to be a part of but often are left feeling overwhelmed and unable to act on the behalf of those who need help. In order to create change I believe that its more important than ever before to be mindful of the things we surround ourselves and how the affect us, so that we are able to use our energy on the things that matter most not media outlets that are keeping us in a state of fear and stress. Becoming more aware of myself and how outside sources affect my well being and energy have helped me put my attention into things that better the world around me instead of reacting in a state of fear.
Hey Ya'll! In Episode 4 we discuss how we as humans hold trauma in our bodies and how severe trauma can be passed to generations through DNA. Haley is very knowledgeable and helps put a lot of our traumatic experiences into words to help us feel seen and understood. Healing your personal traumas can be daunting but so rewarding when you put in the work to process what you've been through. There is no age limit to healing your trauma and we can all look at ourselves to see what we may be subconsciously burying that is only hurting us further.
Hey Ya'll! Hey Ya'll! Episode one will talk a little on my own experience with how we can all get in our own way in life. It feels a little weird to start openly talking on difficult subjects like this but so many people have helped me see past myself when I couldn't do it on my own. So here is the first of many, and be patient with the process:) --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
