Les, Kurt, and Jason are back after another extended break between episodes because Les keeps getting recruited to help a bunch of length-impaired Fringe Festival shows (and poetry jams). Since Kurt doesn't have any new Blac Chyna news, there is at least some June Squib news to fill the void. Plus, the guys talk about Mike White becoming absolutely ripped. Then, the guys look to the skies to see if they can make something of Hallmark's The Stars Between Us, a movie that keeps its chemistry-free leads away from each other for the entire movie while shining a spotlight on the secondary characters to mixed results. With two lead characters with no spark between them, the movie spends a lot of time devaluing paying ones dues to get on the news while grossly overvaluing the draw of a podcast about astronomy. With the Academy Awards ceremony only a few weeks away, we're kicking off a new month-long series of Best Picture Oscar winners with Gentleman's Agreement - Elia Kazan's searing indictment of antisemitism. It's Friday afternoon, which means a fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio is ready to massage your eardrums with an hour of off-season Oilers talk. On today's podcast, the fellas discussed the Oilers' moves at the NHL Trade Deadline, previewed Friday's game against Carolina, line combinations, trade targets, and more.We kicked off the Friday episode of ONR with a delicious debate about whether or not the Oilers got enough done at the 2026 NHL Trade Deadline. Given that Stan Bowman's work all got done in the days leading up to the deadline, it's fair to wonder whether the Oilers added enough to keep up with the rest of the Western Conference. At the same time, one could argue that Bowman addressed some major roster holes despite the deals being relatively minor.Shifting gears, the guys looked at what is going to be a very tough handful of games for the Oilers, as they kick off a run of four against the Hurricanes, Golden Knights, and Stars. If ever there was a run of measuring stick games on the post-deadline schedule, this next week has to be it. While many Oilers fans were hoping for more, it's hard to argue that Bowman didn't pull trigger on a handful of players who could help plug some holes. Finally, we wrapped up the Friday episode of ONR with another round of Ask the Idiots, betting talk for our friends at bet365, and Hot and Cold Performers to look back on the week that was.    It was a rough night in college basketball as a couple things become clear.  Kansas is not the typical squad that's easy to like.  Darryn Peterson has been a distraction, Bill Self lost control Tuesday night and got booted.  Then Jacque Vaughn got a T and Elmarko Jackson committed a flagrant foul.  It had a spoiled brat look we are not used to seeing.  Meanwhile, Mizzou's final week of the regular season starts with a dud of a performance at OU.  Mizzou is not predictable or consistent in any way and it's hard to understand why.    The World Baseball Classic starts for Team USA Friday night... we'll hear from Bobby Witt Jr. who is starring as the leadoff hitter.    The Kansas Senate is working on a state law to require parental permission for a child to leave class and go to a demonstration.  Of course this is so logical the left is losing it's mind.  In Missouri, lawmakers want to bring back driver's education and make it a requirement for graduation.    Mail in voting remains undefeated as Olathe Schools win $389 million from taxpayers in the off election mail in scam of the year.  The emails just keep flowing in about Pastor Adam Hamilton who says he's likely running for US Senator.  Texas has some interesting election results and Kansas Speedway is hosting a national television broadcast this week.
