Inspector Calabrese and Senior Police Officer Gilliard discuss the life and legacy of Edmund Jenkins who was the town's first African American Police Officer. A plaque is dedicated to Mr. Jenkins in the lobby of the police department and a historical marker is at the Ocean Grove Cemetery where he is buried.
