The fear of God is the death of every other fear. -Charles Spurgeon We want to encourage you, families and friends to tune into this. You can also use the discussion questions provided on the resources page of our website www.mcleanbible.org with families. "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?"-Psalm 56:3-4 His presence and power will never leave us and He will see us through the storm, guaranteed. We are not alone.
In light of our church temporarily moving to an online format, from a student ministry perspective, we want to do all we can to pursue safe practices while encouraging you to continue worshipping, growing, and connecting with others through alternative digital means. McLean Bible Church will be streaming services at 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 5pm at www.mcleanbible.org. We want to encourage you, families and friends to tune into this. You can also use the discussion questions provided on the resources page of our website with families. So what does this mean for Wednesdays? We will also be switching our Midweek Small Group format as well. As an all-campus student ministry effort, we'll be putting out the Beyond the Message series (of which this is the very 1st episode) talking about having hope amid the current circumstances around us. With each video we will also have a discussion guide that families can work through together. We also have a devotional to use along with this series that will be sent out to small group leaders. This is a unique time in our history but such a hopeful time for the church to shine bright. Continue praying for our leaders, nation and the world as we navigate this season. Love others, point them to the hope found in Christ and trust in the Lord in all things. We love you students and are praying for you. -The Rock Team
