We Don't Negotiate with Terrorists Let me preface this intro by stating that I'm a married woman. There I've said it. Now that I've gotten that out the way in this week's episode I provide some tips on how to stop dealing with individuals who continue to not live up to the expectations you have of them. Romantic relationships are hard and I know from experience and from listening to my friends' experiences that the single life can suck...at times. That does not mean that settling for disrespect and disloyalty is okay. Terrorists in this case is anyone who is terrorizing your life by making you do crazy things in the name of so-called love. Stop negotiating with terrorists and move on to someone better!
What About Your Friends? No one tells you when you grow up how much things change. They just tell you not to be in a rush to grow up. well it would've been nice to get a heads up that as you grow older your close knit friendships sometimes don't remain close knit. Best friends transition from friends to associates to people we used to know. In the first episode of Truthis I share the moment I realized my crew wasn't as tight as we once were and how important it is to understand the state of your friendships. I also give advice on how to start a conversation about your friendships if they are in danger of falling a part.
