In today's episode, Ashton gets real with the way we have gotten the definition of purpose wrong. Often we are seeking purpose to find one thing, but today Ashton proves how that's just not it. It comes back to who you are, not one part of the story. You have more power within you than you are letting yourself believe. It's time to strip yourself of the world's needs for motivation and start operating out of purpose. A glace of Today's episode: Purpose can only ever be an adaptive force. An evolutionary force if you will that allows you to keep growing and accomplishing things out of the truth of your soul. You find your purpose in life when you release the need to be someone and instead listen to yourself willing to take on the resistance to lead the life you know is meant for you. When you find your purpose, you must keep pursuing it. Keep living it. You must be willing to endure in order to seek growth with what vision you have. When you operate out of purpose, you act out of integrity. Follow @thebadashbabe on Instagram Have you struggled to get a full night's rest and calm your mind during this time? In today's episode, Ashton dives right into taking the time to be vulnerable with ourselves and have hard conversations that allow us the energy to grow. Often time when it comes to finding your breakthrough and stepping into your purpose, not only does fear get in the way but also our ability to show up as ourselves. This episode is a sure way to give yourself a kick of love in the butt to get out of your head and take ownership of the gifts the world is waiting for you to distribute out to it. A glace of Today's episode: You can have conversations with other people that are hard, but having them with yourself is what actually makes a change. Vulnerability is gruesome before confidence is felt Gaining clarity that you have been stuck for 2 years or 10 years simply because you haven’t done anything differently. Often when we are holding ourselves back and don’t want to face having a hard conversation with ourselves we are holding onto anger in our body. When you release the anger you have in your body, you make room for yourself to adapt to the discomfort of taking action. Taking ownership of your truth vs. holding on the negative energy of not being where you want to be.
