Trevor welcomes back his friend and mental coach, Al Fuentes.  Al, a former all-American collegiate athlete, found much success training his body to perform, but had struggled to be mentally prepared to reach all of his goals.  Enter Al's system in which he learned to train his brain just like his body.

North, the Founder of North&Co.  I truly look up to Brian and admire what he’s built and the journey he’s on.  Aside from my own father, Brian is the most influential mentor I have ever had. This exchange is just a small sample of the nuggets I get from exposure to Brian and provides a small glimpse of why joining North&Co.
