El Gobierno ha comenzado la ronda de contactos con los grupos políticos para abordar el plan de respuesta a los aranceles de Trump. Fuentes del PP han confirmado a Radio Nacional de España que esta misma tarde el ministro de Economía, Carlos Cuerpo, se ha reunido con el responsable del PP en economía, Juan Bravo. Sobre ello, Diana Morant, ministra de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades, ha dicho en el informativo 24 horas de RNE que les gustaría "responder como país a los aranceles de Trump" porque, asegura, que "como Gobierno" van a responder. Ha insistido en que es el PP el que "tiene que decidir si está con los que ponen aranceles o con los que los soportamos."En Madrid, los sindicatos han protestado esta tarde contra el cambio en la normativa que prepara el Gobierno de Díaz Ayuso. En él, pretenden recortar la financiación pública al 70%, en vez del 80% actual. Sobre ello, Diana Morant ha dicho que "esta proliferación de la universidad privada no es más que una excusa para algunas comunidades autónomas para maltratar a la pública e ir con ese eslogan de libertad."
