I have friends, family, and acquaintances who ask about my services who are stuck, really stuck, in health challenges simply because no one - no one who insurance pays for - will help them look at their life holistically and teach them skills that will help them feel better for a lifetime. Unfortunately, we live in a culture that doesn’t prioritize wellness. There are a lot of entities - like food distributors, pharmaceutical companies, “health” insurers, and the makers of expensive wellness products - that make money off us not being well and happy. Unfortunately, even in the wellness business, there has been a trend to make wellness seem expensive. When we have our healthcare organized, prioritized, and actualized, we are boss! We are at the top of the chart of our lifeline.
