Special guest Kevin Oshinskie serves as project associate at ACTE where he facilitates projects and activities that help ACTE build stronger strategic partnerships with other organizations and companies, including public awareness activities such as CTE Month. Lul Tesfai, senior policy director at CNA Education, leads CNA Education’s efforts to strengthen the research base on CTE and support current and developing CTE programs. Lul most recently served as director of policy for the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education.
