Dr. Chao looks at how an NFL player's life span compares to that of baseball players, looks at how IVs can make players feel sluggish if done wrong, and looks at beer chugging before chatting with ESPN's Josina Anderson about how she reports in a fair way while having solid working relationships with players. Dr. Chao catches up on the big news of the week before name the "Beast Of The Week!"
The Kansas City Chiefs trade for the Seattle Seahawks former 2015 second-round draft pick Frank Clark, sending the 29th overall pick to Seattle along with a second round selection in 2020. In addition, the Seahawks swap picks with the Chiefs in the third round this year. Clark gets a big contract as part of the deal. Adam Emmert and Brandan Schulze react to the deal that gives Clark more than $63 million guaranteed and $105 million over 5 years. Considering the amount of money that Clark received from Kansas City and the compensation the Seahawks get, it's tough to be upset about the move. It makes a lot of sense for Seattle considering they were set to go into Thursday's draft with just four picks, plus they have Bobby Wagner and Jarran Reed on deck for contracts. Clark also had some interesting comments on the way out the door that he shared with ESPN's Josina Anderson. Adam and Brandan talk about how money equates respect in the NFL and how Clark appears to feel disrespected that the Seahawks weren't willing to pay him this amount to stay in Seattle.
