The Kansas City Chiefs host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday afternoon with another trip to the Superbowl on the line. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Tyreek and the rest of the Chiefs offense has been on fire throughout the playoffs and if that trend continues the Chiefs could head to their third straight Superbowl. The Bengals hosted KC in week 17 and pulled off a victory which cost the Chiefs the number one seed. This has all the workings of a revenge game for the Chiefs.
It's the ”I'm Goin' To Kansas City” edition of the #Bengals Booth Podcast as the Bengals look to advance to advance to Super Bowl 56 by knocking off the Kansas City Chiefs on their home field this Sunday. On this episode, my broadcast partner Dave Lapham joins me to discuss the latest Bengals news and keys to Sunday's game. My 1-on-1 player interview is with defensive back Tre Flowers who will be facing Patrick Mahomes for the sixth time between college and the NFL. Evan Washburn will be on the sideline for CBS on Sunday and tells us what the noise is like from field level at Arrowhead Stadium. And in our “Know the Foe” segment, we'll hear Adam Teicher who covers the Chiefs for ESPN.
Justice Stephen Breyer to retire from the Supreme Court, as Russia-Ukraine fight escalates, some question the U.S. role, and Chiefs fans donate to Buffalo children's hospital after thrilling overtime win over Bills.

The duo then zero-in on an exclusive, shortlist of QBs who have returned to the Super Bowl after making it their first two years in the league. Afterward, Nate jumps on the pod to tackle KC's approach to Cincy. What did Andy Reid and co. learn from their first encounter with the Bengals? What will Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo change to his defense's tactics to stop Ja'Marr Chase and Joe Burrow? Anthony joins HTPG shortly after to discuss if Boomer Esiason and Burrow have similar personality traits, the Super Bowl XXII team, and more. Another week, another rematch for the Chiefs. Last weekend, it was the Bills in the AFC Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs. The Chiefs exacted revenge for a 38-20 loss to Buffalo in Week 5 by beating the Bills 42-36 in overtime at Arrowhead Stadium to advance to this Sunday's AFC Championship Game, also at Arrowhead. Now the Chiefs play host to another team that beat them during the regular season — Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and the Bengals, 34-31 victors over the Chiefs in Cincinnati on Jan. 2. The stakes are far higher than they were for that Week 17 game. The victor takes on the winner of Sunday's NFC Championship Game between the L.A. Rams and San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVI. Could a Super Bowl rematch be in the offing? Yes, if the Chiefs and Niners advance. The Chiefs won their first Super Bowl in 50 years when they beat San Francisco in Miami two years ago. But first the Chiefs must solve the Bengals. Watch our SportsBeat KC stream with columnist Vahe Gregorian and beat writers Herbie Teope and Sam McDowell as they discuss the stakes and how the Chiefs can advance to their third straight Super Bowl. If it's against the law to hire a person based on their skin color or gender how can Joe Biden get away with limiting his talent pool for VP and Supreme Court Justice to only black women? Liberals are going crazy that redistricting in Kansas will favor Republicans and they say it isn't right that a district line can split neighbors across the street. Have these people never driven down State Line Road or a county road anywhere? Chiefs fans have raised over $250,000 for Bills QB Josh Allen's charity in Buffalo, but some national reaction is that Chiefs fans are rubbing in the :13 second miracle. And the Denver Broncos are set to hire Blue Valley Northwest grad Nathanial Hackett. His dad, Paul Hackett, was a lightning rod coordinator in KC.

You're about to hear a lot about a new downtown ballpark for the Royals that I will likely support if the team pours enough of its own money into it. But the Downtown Council unveiled a 10 year plan this week that attaches 179 other projects to all this. The ballpark should stand alone, the other liberal stuff should be separate.
