“One trait amongst elite Chiefs is they just get back on the horse every day. No matter what's happened the day before, they just keep turning up and delivering.” In today's minisode I am going to share with you something that perhaps we haven't spoken about as much on the show previously, and these are the 5 Mindsets of elite CEOs and Chiefs. What's important to know is that these 5 Mindsets are not necessarily demonstrated all of the time by our great leaders; we're not pretending as though they're flawless. One of the other great things we have learned about CEOs and Chiefs over the years is that they come in all colours of the rainbow and they are really such a diverse group of people. Remember, our definition of a true chief is not necessarily that you are in a CEO role, it's actually that you have found your level, a role that is right for you and that is aligned to your values, and one that allows you to demonstrate your skill and achieve a level of mastery.

Three lawsuits have been filed by journalists in four months against the parent company of KCTV 5 News In Kansas City and I can't ignore this anymore. It's right in the wheelhouse here at KKHI as I'll let you know just how ridiculous local tv news has become. As the House investigates the failures of security from January 6 it is learned that an FBI Field Officer from Kansas City was dressed as a Trump supporter and apparently leading demonstrators into the Capital. When the GOP holds its debate next week, Donald Trump will be giving a speech to the United Auto Workers in Detroit. You think the other candidates are getting played? Well, wait until you hear what a couple of the Biden people are saying off the record about this move. The Chiefs set an NFL record with their win on Sunday and it's a doozy. Patrick Mahomes tells Carrington Harrison of 610 Sports Radio he wants to punt in a game and the Royals still have a giant financing hole in their plan for a new ballpark.
There is in fact one person who can stop the Chiefs, once and for all.
The NFL Power Rankings Podcast with Andrew Siciliano and Eric Edholm begins discussing why Eric has the dominant Cowboys ranked behind the 49ers, Chiefs and Eagles. Eric explains why the Miami Dolphins have solidified themselves as Super Bowl contenders and then defends his reasoning for having the New Orleans Saints in his top-10. Andrew asks Eric why he has the Bengals 1-spot over the Browns even though the Browns crushed them in week-1 and then the guys react to the season saving win by Seattle. Lastly, they focus on the Commanders 2-0 start, the Titans OT win over the Chargers and the Buccaneers 2-0 start with Baker Mayfield.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
