Today on the Logan Blackman Show, following a little opening monologue, we recap everything that happened in Super Bowl LX, which saw the Seattle Seahawks beat down the New England Patriots by the score 29-13. We go over each quarterbacks performances, ask if the Patriots were truly frauds, and discuss where the Seahawks defense ranks all time compared to other Super Bowl winning teams. Speaking of the quarterbacks we take a look at Sam Darnold's career resurgence from bust to Super Bowl champ, as well as go over how the perception of Drake Maye has changed so drastically across the past month or so. With that we take some time to re-rank the 2024 quarterback class as well as reveal our top-10 quarterback in the NFC and discuss the possibility of the Chicago Bears moving to the great state of Iowa. Enjoy!

The crew navigates a high-stakes Homie Helpline for Antonio, who is ready to "stand on business" and keep a $240 payout after his girlfriend refused to pay her $10 entry fee, leading the squad to predict a very lonely Valentine’s Day for him. The comedy stays "hella studious" as the squad investigates why the Seattle Seahawks’ owner is technically a dead man while his sister runs the team for zero dollars, and reacts to Cardi B’s "pretty and petty" Twitter war with Homeland Security. The offseason is officially underway after the Seattle Seahawks' defensive masterclass in the Super Bowl — and now all eyes turn to Dallas. In this episode of The World's Team Podcast, Paul Stewart and Mike Poland break down the Dallas Cowboys' biggest positions of need heading into free agency and the draft. From edge rusher and linebacker to cornerback and safety, we dive into what the Cowboys must address first — and whether scheme changes could reshape priorities. We debate potential free agent fits like Trey Hendrickson, Reid Blankenship, Leo Chenal, Asante Samuel Jr., Devin Bush, and more. Could Dallas make a real splash? Or will it be another conservative offseason? NOTE: Apologies for getting Devin Bush teams mixed up, as he has previously played for Cleveland and not won a Superbowl. Plus — we go player-by-player through current Cowboys free agents and decide who stays and who goes. #DallasCowboys #CowboysNation #NFLFreeAgency #CowboysOffseason #HowBoutThemCowboys ️The World's Team Podcast is proudly part of the BLEAV Network and Cowboys Experience. The Seattle Seahawks are now two-time Super Bowl Champions and it still feels surreal. We're continuing the celebration with a full walkthrough of the win over New England and a preview of some of the major offseason topics. Seattle set the tone early, flipped field position through elite special teams, and leaned on a dominant defense that consistently harassed Drake Maye. Kenneth Walker kicked off his campaign for MVP early and the offensive line established their physicality on the first play of the game. Some outstanding plays by the Patriots defense kept Seattle out of the end zone in the first half, but Jason Myers was still able to help build a two-score cushion going into the half. The defense continued to overwhelm New England in the third quarter and held them scoreless. The contributions throughout the game included sacks by Devon Witherspoon, Byron Murphy, Derick Hall and rookie Rylie Mills. As Maye continued to get rattled, it led to key turnovers. Julian Love called his own interception as we saw in the mid'd up version of the Super Bowl. Byron Murphy recovered a fumble that led to the Seahawks only offensive touchdown by AJ Barner, and a Witherspoon pressure gave Uchenna Nwosu a score to match the Seahawks offensive touchdown output. We tackle the debate around Sam Darnold's performance—praised for poise against pressure and also criticized for a missed end-zone throw and a completion percentage that was among his lowest of the season. Offseason questions emerge along the way. How does Seattle sustain a title run? How should they handle some key free agents like Josh Jobe and Tariq Woolen? Do they need to approaches their big-money extensions for JSN and Witherspoon before making some of the more difficult decisions. Coaching and organizational themes surface too, from Mike McDonald's game planning and halftime adjustments to the team's continuity of culture. The episode closes with shout-outs to our members of the flock, listener emails, parade moments, and a nod to Jody Allen as the steady hand atop a championship organization. This week's episode dives headfirst into one of the biggest crossover moments of the year — Super Bowl LX — where music, culture, and sports collide on a global stage. We kick things off with major hip-hop headlines from Super Bowl week, including viral party moments from Travis Scott and new music buzz surrounding Drake. The spotlight then shifts to halftime history as Bad Bunny prepares to headline Super Bowl LX, becoming the first Latino solo Spanish-language artist to lead the iconic performance. We unpack the social media debates, cultural conversations, and what this milestone means for representation in mainstream entertainment. The episode also celebrates West Coast legends E-40 and Too $hort, who brought Bay Area energy to NFL Honors, and highlights Houston culture with an upcoming tribute honoring DJ/producer Michael “5000” Watts. On the sports side, we break down the Super Bowl LX matchup between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks, plus the added drama of Drake's reported $1 million bet. We cover national anthem reactions to Charlie Puth, halftime speculation involving Cardi B, and the growing entertainment influence on the big game. Beyond football, we preview the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game — including Indian rapper Badshah making history — and touch on Winter Olympic storylines as Chloe Kim chases gold with support from Myles Garrett. We close with a deep dive into how Super Bowl halftime shows have evolved from simple intermissions into global cultural milestones — and why hip-hop now sits at the center of sports entertainment. Culture meets competition. Music meets legacy. And the biggest stage in sports becomes the biggest moment in music.

“They would have had to cut my foot off before I didn't play in Super Bowl.” Nick Emmanwori  They say Defense wins championships, and the Seattle Seahawks backed that statement up with one of the fiercest units! Keeping up Pivot tradition, we travled to the home of the world champions post Super Bowl to sit down with Nick Emmanwori, the Seattle Seahawks' rookie safety who defied the odds and finished his first NFL season on top of the league. Nick takes us inside an unforgettable year — from his Nigerian roots to being selected as the 35th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, to becoming an anchor of Seattle's defense and a key contributor to their championship run.  We get into the biggest question looming Super Bowl week when a video of Nick surfaced not being able to walk as he opens up on the ankle injury scare heard round the football world as he shares missing the biggest game of his life was never an option and what he did to push through the unknown to stay locked in mentally and physically to help his team win the Lombardi. He takes Ryan, Channing and Fred into the locker room mentality to paint a picture of what Seattle truly built the past year and why he trusts a repeat is not off the table, recognizing all the pieces that need too fall in place to go back to back. Beyond the big game, we dive deep into the ups and downs of his rookie campaign, falling to the second round of draft and rebounding with the early-season growth that earned him Defensive Rookie of the Year buzz and how he battled adversity to find his confidence on the biggest stages. Relying on veteran leadership, Seattle's locker room bonded together on a mission to never let outside noise affect the team goal which created the NFL's No. 1 ranked defense, known as the "Dark side". He opens up about his bond with head coach Mike Macdonald and what he had to do to soak in all of the football knowledge to adapt to X & O schemes that elevated his play. Nick also opens up about the bond with Sam Darnold, whose own redemption arc culminated in a sturdy Super Bowl performance — proving that heart and leadership can outweigh the critics. The guys reflect on resilience, leadership, and the lessons learned in a season that none of his team will ever forget. And we couldn't not ask about the women in his life, from his mom's viral interview Super Bowl week to Dawn Stalely wearing his jersey to his girlfriend, Raven Johnson's unconditional support...this conversation covers it all. From draft dreams to the Lombardi Trophy, this is the inside story of a rookie who refused to be ordinary and a team that rewrote the championship narrative.
