Rich and the guys weigh in on the Seattle Seahawks going up for sale with a tongue-in-cheek breakdown of who should buy the reigning Super Bowl champions, and react to the possible move of the Bears from Chicago to a new stadium in Indiana. Two-time Super Bowl champion LB Kyle Van Noy tells Rich why a dominant DT is just as important if not more so than a strong edge rush for a team's ability to win the Super Bowl in today's NFL, his message to critics who think he's washed at age 34, why he was not surprised the Ravens and John Harbaugh parted ways, and what advice he has for Baltimore's new head coach Jesse Minter about using RB Derrick Henry. HR3 - Falcons will have to make some tough personnel decisions over next few years In hour three Mike Johnson, Ali Mac, and Beau Morgan quickly touch on some of the biggest headlines around the local and national sports scene, continue to play ‘Prove it, Extend, Walk' when it comes to the Atlanta Falcons 2026 free agents where they have three Falcons free agents they have to choose from and decide which one they will give a one-year 'prove it' deal, which one they'll give a long term extension, and which one they will let walk and not re-sign. Then, Mike, Ali, and Beau spend some time with national NFL writer for The Athletic Mike Jones! Beau, Mike, Ali, and Mike discuss if he uses the G-Mail app or the Apple Mail app, how Mike feels about the NFLPA report card situation, the NFL winning the grievance for the report cards to no longer be public, but the NFLPA going to continue to do them, the San Francisco 49ers having two international games this season and losing a home game because of their Mexico City game, how Mike feels about new Baltimore Ravens Offensive Coordinator Declan Doyle saying that he expects everyone at their voluntary OTAs and saying that he feels like quarterback Lamar Jackson has a higher ceiling and has things that he can improve on, why Mike had the Atlanta Falcons as his sixth best team out of the 18 teams that did not make the playoffs this past season, if Mike has heard anything about who could potentially buy the Seattle Seahawks, and if Mike thinks Jerry Jones nor Stephen Jones being at new Dallas Cowboys Defensive Coordinator Christian Parker's introductory press conference could be a sign that Jerry and the Jones family could finally be taking a step back from being as vocal as they have been in the past. The Morning Shift crew also continues to play ‘Prove it, Extend, Walk', but this time instead of doing it with 2026 Atlanta Falcons free agents where they have three Falcons free agents they have to choose from and decide which one they will give a one-year 'prove it' deal, which one they'll give a long term extension, and which one they will let walk and not re-sign they do it with some Falcons who are not free agents. Then, Mike, Beau, and Ali close out hour three by answering people's questions about anything in the Morning Mailbag!

Today on the Logan Blackman Show, following a little opening monologue, we recap everything that happened in Super Bowl LX, which saw the Seattle Seahawks beat down the New England Patriots by the score 29-13. We go over each quarterbacks performances, ask if the Patriots were truly frauds, and discuss where the Seahawks defense ranks all time compared to other Super Bowl winning teams. Speaking of the quarterbacks we take a look at Sam Darnold's career resurgence from bust to Super Bowl champ, as well as go over how the perception of Drake Maye has changed so drastically across the past month or so. With that we take some time to re-rank the 2024 quarterback class as well as reveal our top-10 quarterback in the NFC and discuss the possibility of the Chicago Bears moving to the great state of Iowa. Enjoy!
n this special Ran-Dumb Show Super Bowl EP, hosts Alexander Hunter and Marcus L-Spade Johnson smash through the hype and narratives just like our cover art — going deep on Super Bowl LX from both the game and halftime show.We break down:
The crew navigates a high-stakes Homie Helpline for Antonio, who is ready to "stand on business" and keep a $240 payout after his girlfriend refused to pay her $10 entry fee, leading the squad to predict a very lonely Valentine’s Day for him. The comedy stays "hella studious" as the squad investigates why the Seattle Seahawks’ owner is technically a dead man while his sister runs the team for zero dollars, and reacts to Cardi B’s "pretty and petty" Twitter war with Homeland Security. [Edited by @iamdyre
The Seattle Seahawks are now two-time Super Bowl Champions and it still feels surreal. We're continuing the celebration with a full walkthrough of the win over New England and a preview of some of the major offseason topics. Seattle set the tone early, flipped field position through elite special teams, and leaned on a dominant defense that consistently harassed Drake Maye. Kenneth Walker kicked off his campaign for MVP early and the offensive line established their physicality on the first play of the game. Some outstanding plays by the Patriots defense kept Seattle out of the end zone in the first half, but Jason Myers was still able to help build a two-score cushion going into the half. The defense continued to overwhelm New England in the third quarter and held them scoreless. The contributions throughout the game included sacks by Devon Witherspoon, Byron Murphy, Derick Hall and rookie Rylie Mills. As Maye continued to get rattled, it led to key turnovers. Julian Love called his own interception as we saw in the mid'd up version of the Super Bowl. Byron Murphy recovered a fumble that led to the Seahawks only offensive touchdown by AJ Barner, and a Witherspoon pressure gave Uchenna Nwosu a score to match the Seahawks offensive touchdown output. We tackle the debate around Sam Darnold's performance—praised for poise against pressure and also criticized for a missed end-zone throw and a completion percentage that was among his lowest of the season. Offseason questions emerge along the way. How does Seattle sustain a title run? How should they handle some key free agents like Josh Jobe and Tariq Woolen? Do they need to approaches their big-money extensions for JSN and Witherspoon before making some of the more difficult decisions. Coaching and organizational themes surface too, from Mike McDonald's game planning and halftime adjustments to the team's continuity of culture. The episode closes with shout-outs to our members of the flock, listener emails, parade moments, and a nod to Jody Allen as the steady hand atop a championship organization. “They would have had to cut my foot off before I didn't play in Super Bowl.” Nick Emmanwori They say Defense wins championships, and the Seattle Seahawks backed that statement up with one of the fiercest units! Keeping up Pivot tradition, we travled to the home of the world champions post Super Bowl to sit down with Nick Emmanwori, the Seattle Seahawks' rookie safety who defied the odds and finished his first NFL season on top of the league. Nick takes us inside an unforgettable year — from his Nigerian roots to being selected as the 35th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, to becoming an anchor of Seattle's defense and a key contributor to their championship run. We get into the biggest question looming Super Bowl week when a video of Nick surfaced not being able to walk as he opens up on the ankle injury scare heard round the football world as he shares missing the biggest game of his life was never an option and what he did to push through the unknown to stay locked in mentally and physically to help his team win the Lombardi. He takes Ryan, Channing and Fred into the locker room mentality to paint a picture of what Seattle truly built the past year and why he trusts a repeat is not off the table, recognizing all the pieces that need too fall in place to go back to back. Beyond the big game, we dive deep into the ups and downs of his rookie campaign, falling to the second round of draft and rebounding with the early-season growth that earned him Defensive Rookie of the Year buzz and how he battled adversity to find his confidence on the biggest stages. Relying on veteran leadership, Seattle's locker room bonded together on a mission to never let outside noise affect the team goal which created the NFL's No. 1 ranked defense, known as the "Dark side". He opens up about his bond with head coach Mike Macdonald and what he had to do to soak in all of the football knowledge to adapt to X & O schemes that elevated his play. Nick also opens up about the bond with Sam Darnold, whose own redemption arc culminated in a sturdy Super Bowl performance — proving that heart and leadership can outweigh the critics. The guys reflect on resilience, leadership, and the lessons learned in a season that none of his team will ever forget. And we couldn't not ask about the women in his life, from his mom's viral interview Super Bowl week to Dawn Stalely wearing his jersey to his girlfriend, Raven Johnson's unconditional support...this conversation covers it all. From draft dreams to the Lombardi Trophy, this is the inside story of a rookie who refused to be ordinary and a team that rewrote the championship narrative.
