I dischi di Angelica, proiezione discografica di Angelica, che a Bologna è un centro di produzione musicale che ogni anno a maggio tiene un festival sempre di grande interesse, hanno pubblicato un album di Pandit Uday Bhawalkar, cantante che è un rinomato interprete del genere dhrupad, la più antica forma di musica classica indiana: il talento di Uday Bhawalkar è stato riconosciuto fin dagli anni ottanta. Si tratta di una registrazione effettuata nel 2006 a Mumbaj, che si era tradotta in un cd che l'artista aveva pubblicato solo per uso privato, e che Angelica ha avuto il permesso di riprendere. Anche il dhrupad si basa sul sistema dei raga: questo è un raga della sera, Raga Yaman, che è anche il titolo dell'album. Lo scopo del canto dhrupad è di dare pace agli ascoltatori, di metterli in una condizione di contemplazione. La prima parte, chiamata Alap ha carattere meditativo e si sviluppa progressivamente: dura quasi un'ora e la ascoltiamo senza interruzioni fino a dove la mezz'ora a nostra disposizione ce lo consentirà.
