In this powerful and faith-filled episode, I'm joined once again by the legendary Monica Brandt, someone I've admired for decades in the fitness world, but who's now become my cherished sister in Christ and go-to prayer warrior. We get real about how faith can radically transform your healing journey, whether you're facing a major health crisis like cancer or navigating the daily battles of hormone imbalances and thyroid conditions. We go deep into why mindset alone isn't enough, and how, when you dig into scripture and actually bring your requests before the Lord, true healing and peace can follow, even if the process doesn't look like what you expected. Monica and I discuss everything from breaking free of the “why me, God?” narrative to why praying for yourself is not prideful, but necessary. She shares her personal Bible study in a weighted vest routine, and we unpack practical ways to anchor your daily life and health in faith, gratitude, and scripture. Plus, I'm opening up about my own journey through thyroid disease and cancer, and why even the hardest moments can be divine gifts leading to deeper purpose. WHAT DO MY LABS MEAN?! Hallmark is back with its Kansas City “Christmas Experience,” aiming to top last year's 100,000-guest debut by doubling down on comfort-food tradition—workshops, red-carpet movie premieres, and even themed Marriott suites. Philip and Scott unpack how leaning into safe, repeatable rituals can turn a pop-up into a pilgrimage. Next, Meow Wolf launches Phenomenomaly, a summer-long loop of live dance, puppetry, and guest interaction inside its Las Vegas and Denver exhibitions—proof that adding performers keeps ticket-buyers coming back for a second trip, rather than treating the art as a one-and-done selfie stop. Finally, Chicago's big museums roll out a multisensory slate—projection-mapped Himalayan “ghosts,” a Monet-Hokusai mash-up, Mars-rover missions, and 21-plus stargazing nights—showing how after-hours programming can drive per-cap growth without requiring permanent capital expenditures. Takeaway: Whether it's Christmas nostalgia, locally led art, or adult evening events, operators have fresh levers to boost replayability and spend beyond peak season. This Sunday, we're exposing the enemy's playbook.Jesus said in John 10:10 that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy — and Satan has been running the same 3 plays since the Garden of Eden. They worked on Adam and Eve, they were thrown at Jesus in the wilderness, and they're aimed at you and me every single day.Join us as we unpack how the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life are Satan's go-to strategies to wreck your walk with God — and how you can stand firm, fight back, and live free in Christ.Don't miss it. Your spiritual life depends on recognizing the enemy's game plan.

In a game of inches, giving up “busts” or Big Plays can quickly become a mistake too big to overcome. The other sideline earns a paycheck too, so you likely can't stamp out big plays altogether, but you can get your team to limit them enough. On this episode Joe and Daniel discuss how to limit big plays against your defense by simplifying your scheme, cutting out the wanted complexity, and getting your players to consistently be in a place to make a play.
That's Australia's own news-boss and Dancing With The Stars contestant Michael Usher, of course! Who were you thinking, mate? He traded the newsroom for the Quick Draw studio – and he came in swinging. Between Paso Dobles, newsroom chaos, and Logies prep, Usher squeezed in time to face off against Ricki-Lee. But when things got personal with one of the answers... well, let’s just say tensions rose.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Bid on Draft-A-Thon items here! https://tiltify.com/@cbs-sports/fft-draftathon-2025 When you're evaluating players, it's important to consider how many plays his team will run and how pass heavy the team will be. And of course, we need to think about how many touchdowns the team will score. Heath's biggest projection surprise involves the Lions offense (4:55) as they should see a big dip in their touchdown total from 2024. Then he reveals the teams he projects to run the most plays in the league (8:40). The Raiders are on top of the list! What does Chip Kelly's history tell us? ... We like teams that run a lot of plays, but what about the teams that are projected to run the fewest plays (16:05)? And how about the teams that will be toward the bottom in pass attempts (23:30)? What does it mean for Zay Flowers and Garrett Wilson, in particular? ... We finish the projections discussion with a look at teams that Heath expects to score the fewest touchdowns in the NFL (35:45). The Falcons are on this list, so can we really justify Bijan Robinson as RB1? And then we get into the Ravens (43:05) and some crazy outlier stats, plus other teams with great offenses. And finally, updated thoughts on Darren Waller (48:00) and if he has anything left in the tank ... It's time to talk about customer and market segmentation - no math needed. For now, at least. What exactly is the MAP framework? Tamara breaks it down. It stands for measure volume, analyze performance, and prioritize potential, so you can determine who your highest-potential customers are. It helps you focus your marketing tactics and shape your roadmaps. But what does measuring volume even mean? Daniel reveals that a lot of Marketers have an idea of what their ideal customer is, but the customers who are sharing the best signals may be completely different. Plus, Tamara gives a real-life example about an AI-powered project and how she and her team determined whether their customers were valuable in the long run. The Trump administration's overhaul of FDA is still underway, but the agency has already veered away from its decades-long trajectory in ways that will profoundly reshape medical product development and the lives of U.S. patients. On the latest BioCentury This Week podcast, BioCentury's analysts assess who the winners and losers are likely to be as FDA changes shape. The analysts discuss a pair of in vivo CAR T companies: Esobiotec, whose story offers a case study in product-focused strategy, and Capstan Therapeutics, whose in vivo CAR T platform for immunological disorders attracted a buyer in Abbvie. The team also analyzes why data from Compass Pathways for psilocybin therapy COMP360 disappointed investors despite hitting the endpoint, and how molecular glues could be the future of selective CDK2 targeting. Join us as Ben, Dessy, Tiago, and Rose cover the inspirations behind Ace Attorney! Time to get a little mischievous, a little rascally, while also still quite gentlemanly - it's Arsène Lupin! Today we cover the first half of the original collection of stories that make up the origins of the famous thief, which includes some fun romps through France, mysterious necklaces being stolen, and perhaps even impressing a few ladies along the way. These are some fun little tales and we get funny too, or maybe its the just heat getting to us. But the biggest surprise of all: Rose is finally revealing her job. It's relevant to the podcast! That's right, she's a master thief! Wait, that can't be right... New York group La Banda Chuska combines the psychedelic takes on the sounds of 1970's Peru and Colombia and brings them to the beach party resulting in an irresistible cumbia-surf mixture. They play in-studio. In Peru and Colombia in the early 70s, young musicians who'd grown up with South American folk sounds began picking up electric guitars and playing their own psychedelic take on the rhythms and styles of the region. Fifty years later and one hemisphere to the north, the New York group called La Banda Chuska takes those sounds and adds elements of 60s surf guitar and 80s dance rock to create a fun, international sort of party music. La Banda Chuska plays some songs from their 2025 album Basic Bichos.Set list: 1. Ratas y Mapaches 2. Barba Azul 3. La Selva Me Salvó
