Four years later, Patty reconnects with old and new friends as she continues to try to make sense of her thirties. Patty looks back at the quarter and the year that was and how far things have gone but are also, in the end, just ok. From reclaiming spaces and places and wifi accidents, the past couple of months have been... interesting.She is then joined by Malini (for the third time -- they say it's a charm) and we try to evaluate how we fared in 2018. Were there best practices? Were there logical principles to follow? We try and find out. We also have some drinks and fail to pronounce the word raison d'être. Maybe next year, we'll get it right.

Patty is back and is still pretty out of it. Patty is back from an unplanned hiatus after diving into the World Cup and coming out of it the same person with more alcohol tolerance and less sleep at night.Patty gets into Shelby Lorman's article on unfollowing ex’s on Instagram and the complications of the social media follow/unfollow. She also gets lost along Scott's road with Sophie who indulges her in a walk and talk on The Hague, the movie arrival and asking themselves, why not.

Patty is alive and back at it or trying to get back at it. She pulls herself out of her distraction spiral and debates on which organ rules -- her head or her heart.Patty also somehow followed directions correctly and therefore, is also joined by Dyan as they briefly talk about the ever-changing definition of being single as outlined in Maria Del Russo's article for The Cut; as well as their same-same but different dating experience thus far.

Patty is back and has calmed down from March Madness while also trying hard not to be an April fool. She ponders the past and the present and all the delusions and distractions that come with it. She also fangirls over Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness's outlook on love and life.Patty is also joined by Malini once more as they tackle the question of soulmates and its existence and definition and how the concept of love has been overly commodified and yet is also somehow so scarce.

Almost 3 weeks later, I'm still alive! I give an update (or non-update depending on how we look at things) on March madness. Spoiler: not that mad, after all.I also talk to Mike (whom I struggle to introduce) -- a blast from the past who's been supportive of this entire endeavor before I even made it happen. Warning: there was champagne involved and some strange sense of selfish catharsis.

Happy International Women's Day! It's been a tad too long since the last episode or at least later than expected. I give an update on February's lull in excitement and also talk to Acid on Alana Massey's 2015 article on Against Chill.I am also lucky to chat with Acid's husband, Toby on the opposing schools of thought on whether to take the passive or active approach when attracted to someone.

Happy Valentines Day! It is by a miracle (and some caffeine) that I've managed to get this episode out in 2ish weeks time.
