    Our tutors answers your HR questions about COVID-19 and how to approach different situations professionally. Stephen Taylor is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter Business School and also a Chief Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He teaches HRM and general management subjects as well as employment law at postgraduate and undergraduate level. Stephen is the author / co-author of several books. He has edited and contributed to several other books on human resource management and is the author / co-author of dozens of papers and articles. He is a regular speaker at HR conferences and ACAS events for employers. He regularly represents parties in employment tribunals and also undertakes HR consultancy and training work. Dr Kay Maddox-Daines works as a freelance consultant, academic, researcher, coach and trainer in human resources, organisational behaviour and management.She has experience in both the public and private sector and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as the Chartered Management Institute. Paul O’Sullivan, MA, BA (Hons), MCIPD. Paul O’Sullivan, MA, BA (Hons), MCIPD. Paul teaches our CIPD Foundation and Intermediate Diploma courses. He has also delivered programmes overseas for us in Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Gabon and Nigeria. Paul enjoyed 15 years experience of corporate life in senior HR roles with blue chip companies in financial services, manufacturing, and construction. He embarked on a successful consultancy career, running his own business, some 20 years ago. In that time, he has gained additional experience in a very broad spectrum of sectors and industries incorporating a number of overseas assignments also.
