We exist to bring a freedom message. We serve those who suffer, who sometimes struggle with depression and anxiety, which makes them feel lost, alone, desperate and even suicidal. But imagine if you put depression behind you. Now, don’t shut down or turn away. Instead, lean in, listen, and make a decision. Freedom can be yours. We’re different because we’ve been where you are. We know your pain. We’re honest, caring committed and free. We believe we must care about your heart, fight for you with a warrior spirit and hold on to the hope for freedom. When we do, we promise that you can be free indeed.

Forgiveness is an important choice that leads us to freedom and clears a path to where Jesus wants to take us on a journey of spiritual healing. Please join us as we invite Jeanne into the conversation about forgiveness being one of the biggest weapons God gives us. God teaches us that when we forgive, it’s like being Jesus, being our best self, bringing heaven to earth, and it is the highest act that Jesus did. He forgave us for everything. Jeanne takes us on a journey of how forgiveness brought tremendous freedom in her relationship with her father who was emotionally abusive growing up. As he aged and developed Alzheimer’s, she had no idea God would use that time to bring healing to him and to her family. “Fear and anxiety are an epidemic at every age. I’ve experienced freedom from anxiety in this group.” Denise is a mother that experienced the loss of her husband and had to navigate raising four boys under the age of nine. Overtime, many fears and insecurities came to the surface and she tried to control situations, but the stronghold of fear was crippling. Denise found freedom from fear by taking it Jesus and helping her understand lies she was believing, renouncing them and asking Jesus to replace them with the truth. “I know I am free from what Christ has done for me. He bought my freedom. I walk in that truth daily. It’s a daily choice of what am I going to focus and who am I going to listen to.” Tune in to this podcast to hear Denise share her experience of freedom from anxiety. “I have learned that knowing the truth about ourselves and God’s love for us is key to freedom. Otherwise we are vulnerable to the enemy’s lies, which bring bondage. And learning to let go of those lies has been a harsh lesson, but a worthwhile lesson.” Connie is a brave woman that chose to accept that it is never too late to allow Jesus to shed light on the lies she had believed throughout her life. As a mother of three and a grandmother of seven, her journey of freedom has opened doors cross generationally and she has been able to share her life from a place of healing. “With freedom there comes so much joy. You want everybody else to have it. I love to tell people what has happened in my life because I’ve changed. Even my kids say, ‘who are you?’ It’s the best life I’ve ever had.” SHOW LINKS: A Guide for Listening and Inner-Healing Prayer: Meeting God in the Broken Places by Rusty Rustenbach Dr. Charles H. Podcast Episode 2 – Identity Host: Christa Kelso Co-Host: Andrea Lundeen Guest: Julianna SHOW NOTES: Join us as we invite Julianna to the conversation and learn about what it means to have our identity rooted in Christ. Julianna shares her brave story of being a mother of a special needs child, their home life was chaotic, she was frustrated and didn’t know what do and prayed for God to take it away. She learned from God that he was not going to take it away, that she needed to ask him for what she needed to get through each day and learn to cover the struggles with love. That was the beginning of her inner healing journey 9 years ago and now Julianna is a leader in the Restoration Ministry at Mountain Church in San Juan Capistrano, CA. She has the pleasure of coming along side men and women on their journey and seeing Jesus bring freedom to their lives. Julianna explains how it is so important when you are finding your identity to know that it’s a process of unveiling those places in your life where you’ve believed lies. We all have wounds from our past, and we can let the Holy Spirit into those places and heal them with truth, so we exchange lies for truth, and through that we learn what our true identity is. And identity is essential in walking in freedom in Christ.
