Stuck in the house bored, La'Kishia and Bianca have been people watching, cooking, cleaning, praying and wondering what the rest of the world is doing or has hopes of doing while snowed in . Bianca & La'Kishia sit down and discuss trauma that lead them to therapy.  Therapy is a form of elevating you to higher levels. When you experience trauma you are forced to decide if the trauma shapes and defines who you are or will it ignite something within that urges healing . African Americans have intergenerational trauma and these two women are being active in healing and being vocal within their communities about the benefits of therapy and its practices.  Let's talk about it!

Lovers &Friends..... With Valentine Day approaching Bianca and La'Kishia discuss the stereotypes surrounding ''lovers day''. Is it appropriate to wake your partner with sexual acts? Are you mad if you don't receive a gift on Valentine Day if you're in a committed relationship?Bianca and La'Kishia believe there should be conversations surrounding ''what we are doing so that unrealistic expectations are not a damper on friendships....
