While it's obvious how important it is for us to work hard, do well, and do what we were put here to do; it is super important that we take time out to rest, play and simply enjoy! Life is all about waves. There is ebb and flow, and to neglect enjoyment and rest is to miss out on a fundamental part of the wave. It can often leave us feeling unfulfilled and unsatisfied.
