We sat done with all-time great Martin O'Donnell about the transition from sports to the business world and the success he has experienced in many different careers. Leadership matters and I learned a lot from Martin.

I get asked this question all the time. How in the world do you and Liz work together? Well, I am going to let her answer that question and I am bringing in a referee. Our office manager Allison Nickerson, that watches us every day, gets to make sure we are telling the truth. This is a very light-hearted conversation and I doubt you learn anything. :)

We do an in-depth interview with local businessman Mike Tennant.  He so graciously shares his personal struggle with alcoholism trying to help those that may be facing the same issues.   Mike's message is very moving and important.  Thanks, Mike.  I am proud to call you my freind.  

Our podcast with Brooke Didier Starks.  Brooke is changing the lives of young women.  Brooke addresses the complicated issues and challenges young women have growing up in today's society.

Here is my summary of race after interviewing my friends. Interviewing three black men does not make me an expert. However, it has helped me understand a little more. Remember, there is more gray in the world than black and white.
