Do Business. Do Life. — The Financial Advisor Podcast — DBDL
Right now there's a wave building in our industry, and most advisors are standing on the beach pretending it isn't there.AI isn't coming. It's here. And the gap between the advisors who lean into it and the ones who keep waiting is about to get a lot wider. In this episode, I sit down with Michael Hyatt — New York Times bestselling author, longtime entrepreneur, and someone who's quietly built an entire team of AI agents running inside his own business. We get into the tension every financial advisor is thinking about: privacy, client data, compliance, technical knowledge, and where AI actually fits in a relationship-driven business.Michael also explains where this is all headed, and why the biggest opportunity may not be replacing human work, but creating more space for the work only humans can do.If you've been telling yourself you'll figure AI out later, or that it doesn't really apply to a business like ours, this conversation might change your mind about how much time you actually have.3 Insights From This Week's Episode…#1.) The Story That's Quietly Costing Advisors Their FutureWhen AI comes up, a lot of smart, successful advisors check out. They decide it's too technical, too risky, or too late to start. Michael explains why that reaction has nothing to do with age or ability, and everything to do with something far more dangerous.#2.) The Client Data Objection Everyone Hides Behind"I deal with people's finances, so AI doesn't apply to me." It's the most common wall advisors put up, and on the surface it sounds responsible. We dig into why that thinking is more outdated than you'd expect, and what hiding behind it might be costing you.#3.) The New Advantage in a Relationship Business Financial advice is built on trust, presence, and human connection. We explore why AI may actually increase the value of great advisors by helping them show up more prepared, more focused, and more available for the work only humans can do.SHOW NOTEShttps://bradleyjohnson.com/173FOLLOW BRAD JOHNSON ON SOCIALXInstagramLinkedInFOLLOW DBDL ON SOCIAL:YouTubeTwitterInstagramLinkedInFacebookDISCLOSURE DBDL podcast episode conversations are intended to provide financial advisors with ideas, strategies, concepts and tools that could be incorporated into their business and their life. This episode of High Society Radio is an absolute masterpiece of internet audio lore.We look back at Chris Stanley's unhinged musical legacy, dissecting how his classic mashup of Brett Kavanaugh Senate hearings remix "Automatic Still Is" (set to Avicii's Levels) becoming an underground internet sensation. The guys trace the audio's path from its original YouTube upload to viral SoundCloud edits, Spotify distribution, and the unexpected core demographics keeping the track alive today.Plus, Faga drops his unified "Peter Thiel Gay Theory," the guys analyze the corporate PR mechanics behind the Vatican, and we look at the dark future of content generation as AI bots officially destroy online media organic reach. Strategy Isn't a Plan - and That Difference Could Change EverythingMost of the people I speak with on this show are smart, capable, and deeply experienced. And yet a surprising number of them are working without a clear strategy - not because they don't care about direction, but because no one ever explained what strategy actually is, and how it's different from the planning they do every single day. That's exactly what this conversation with Charlie Curzon is about.Charlie is a coach, strategist, and advisor with more than two decades of experience helping leaders, teams, and organisations think more effectively. His book, Be More Strategic: 12 Essential Practises to Build the Life and Career You Want, turns one of the most overused words in business into something genuinely teachable, practical, and personal.Three things we got into:✳️ Strategy is about choices in uncertainty - not a five-year plan. Charlie draws on Roger Martin's strategy cascade to show how winning aspiration, where to play, and how to win work together as a thinking triangle that sharpens decisions before you ever get to planning.✳️ The Strategy Mastery Framework is a four-level circular model built from years of working with real leaders in business, sport, and the military. It begins with self-awareness - because state precedes strategy - and builds through open-mindedness, strategic skills, and the ability to bring others on board.✳️ Being strategic isn't just for work. Charlie makes the case that surfacing assumptions, asking "what if," and tracking how those assumptions shift over time are daily practises that apply just as well to life as to any boardroom decision.Charlie's amplifiers:✳️ Read The Go-Giver by Bob Burg - a short, parable-style book about generosity of spirit that Charlie credits with reinforcing the relational approach behind much of his work.✳️ Track your energy, not just your time. Based on Jim Loehr's book On Form, Charlie recommends keeping a three-day energy diary - logging what gives you energy and what drains it - to uncover patterns and improve your capacity for clear thinking.✳️ Journal daily, ideally with pen and paper. Even a couple of minutes. Charlie does it twice a day and notes the growing evidence that handwriting engages the mind differently to typing. If you're ready to go deeper, try journalling through a values lens.If this conversation got you thinking about how you're making decisions - at work or in life - then I'd love it if you took a moment to follow or subscribe. That way you'll never miss an episode, and it helps me keep bringing guests like Charlie to the show.Timestamps:00:00 - Preview: the winning aspiration00:38 - Welcome and guest introduction01:49 - Charlie's world: a typical week03:12 - Strategy vs planning - what's the real difference?05:06 - Why strategy raises anxiety and planning feels safe06:54 - Roger Martin's strategy cascade: aspiration, where to play, how to win10:56 - Strategy as subtraction - ruling things out11:29 - The Game Changer Index and natural vs learned strategic thinking15:18 - The power of asking "what if?" and surfacing assumptions16:52 - The Strategy Mastery Framework explained19:33 - Level 1: self-awareness - state precedes strategy20:41 - Level 2: open-mindedness and critical thinking20:41 - Levels 3 and 4: future focus, influence, and collaboration21:51 - The testimonial story: senior leaders surprised by Level 124:03 - What separates those who thrive from those who bump along25:04 - Strategic capability under pressure27:16 - The CEO who had a strategy but didn't know it29:13 - The 12-month trap and what a longer horizon changes33:27 - Building a personal practise of strategic mastery34:45 - Living strategically - what that actually looks like36:44 - The Lego castle story: articulating a hidden aspiration38:00 - Tracking assumptions as a daily life practise40:08 - Journaling as a strategic tool41:12 - How Charlie builds his business - relationships first43:49 - Why content is for staying present, not finding strangers45:21 - Amplifier 1: The Go-Giver47:34 - Amplifier 2: On Form and managing energy not time48:08 - Amplifier 3: Journaling, values, and pen and paper49:24 - Where to find Charlie and upcoming masterclasses51:40 - Close and Bob's final CTAVisit Charlie's website. https://www.teammandarin.com/----Get your copy of my Personal Brand Business BlueprintIt's the FREE roadmap to starting, scaling or just fixing your expert business.www.amplifyme.agency/roadmap----Subscribe to my Youtube!! Rebecca Ferguson, Common & Graham Yost on identity, control, and Juliet's rise In this episode of Rewind, Tony revisits the world of Silo, the Apple TV+ adaptation of Hugh Howey's bestselling trilogy about a future where humanity survives in a massive underground structure — 244 levels deep — built on rules, fear, and a carefully curated version of the truth. After years of development attempts and false starts, Silo finally found its home on Apple TV+, becoming one of the platform's most acclaimed sci‑fi dramas. Tony sits down with Rebecca Ferguson, Common, and creator Graham Yost to explore the show's central themes and the emotional and moral weight carried by its characters. What Is Truth? The question that haunts every level of the Silo. Rebecca Ferguson reflects on Juliet's relentless pursuit of truth — not as an abstract ideal, but as a survival instinct. In this special episode of the Beginner Guitar Academy Podcast, I'm joined by Antony Box, who has just become the third person ever to complete all five levels of Beginner Guitar Academy. What's particularly inspiring about Antony's journey is that he didn't join BGA as a complete beginner. After playing guitar for several years, he realised he had developed some intermediate skills without building a strong foundation. Rather than continuing with gaps in his knowledge, he decided to go back to the beginning and rebuild from the ground up.Almost four years later, that decision has paid off.In this conversation, Antony shares his guitar journey, the challenges he faced along the way, the importance of consistency, and the lessons he learned as he progressed through Levels 1 to 5.In this episode, you'll discover:Why did Antony decide to start again from the beginningHow his playing has changed since joining BGA in 2022The biggest challenges he faced during his journeyHow he stayed motivated when progress felt slowThe importance of patience and consistencyWhat completing all five levels means to him personallyHis advice for beginners and members currently feeling stuckWhat goals does he have for the futureWhether you're just starting out or somewhere in the middle of your guitar journey, Antony's story is proof that progress comes from showing up consistently and trusting the process.About Antony's JourneyJoined Beginner Guitar Academy: 30th August 2022Passed Level 1: 6th November 2022Passed Level 2: 6th June 2023Passed Level 3: 28th February 2024Passed Level 4: 6th May 2025Passed Level 5: 10th June 2026Congratulations once again to Antony on becoming BGA Graduate #3 and one of our Founder Graduates.Enjoying the podcast? If you'd like structured lessons, song tutorials, workshops, assessments, unlimited support, and an amazing community of guitar players, come and check out Beginner Guitar Academy.
Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here! In this week's episode we grab our “They Live” glasses and descend down into Kane Parson's summer blockbuster horror hit: “The Backrooms” to explore its clever symbolic use of Jungian archetypes and Eastern mysticism to create a cerebral and spooky allegory with the same narrative depth we find in masterpieces like Kubrick's The Shining, Lynch's Twin Peaks or Owaku's Silent Hill 2 but with a retrowave drip that weaponizes nostalgia in a tour of the collective unconscious with obscure doorways straight into Buddhist hell. In the free side of the show we discuss Clark and the symbolism that haunts him, the Backrooms and his shadow; breaking down what it has to do with the infinite, changing and cyclical nature of the Backrooms itself. In the extended side of the show we discuss the Capn Carl, Tarot symbolism, the shadow of the retrowave aesthetic and how the Backrooms are a perfect allegory for the Bardos of the Tibetan Book of the Dead. 723: This episode originally aired in July 2025. Here's the thing about personal finance advice: what works when you have $10,000 won't work when you have $1 million. Yet most financial guidance treats everyone the same, whether you're scraping together a $1,000 emergency fund or deciding whether to upgrade to business class. Nick Maggiulli, author of "The Wealth Ladder," joins us to break down how money strategies must evolve as your net worth grows. He's mapped out 6 distinct wealth levels, each requiring different approaches to spending, saving and investing. The levels start simple. Level 1 covers anyone with less than $10,000 in net worth — that's 20 percent of American households. Here, bad luck gets amplified. A flat tire that costs $200 could spiral into job loss and debt if you can't afford the repair. Level 2 spans $10,000 to $100,000 in net worth. Maggiulli calls this "grocery freedom" — you can splurge on the nicer eggs without checking your bank balance. Level 3, from $100,000 to $1 million, brings "restaurant freedom." Level 4, the $1 million to $10 million range, unlocks "travel freedom." Getting beyond Level 4 — into the $10 million-plus territory — requires business ownership or extreme patience. Maggiulli calculates that even saving $100,000 annually after hitting $1 million takes 23 years to reach $10 million, assuming 5 percent annual returns. The data shows income matters more than frugality, especially in the early levels. The median household income in Level 1 is $32,000, but in Level 4 it's $197,000, and in Level 6 it reaches $4.3 million. We discuss why homeownership dominates wealth in Levels 2 and 3, how investment assets become crucial in higher levels, and why many people in Level 4 choose "Coast FIRE" over the grinding path to Level 5. Nobody wakes up thinking, "I'm arrogant." Most of us think the problem is everyone else. Their opinions. Their blind spots. Their inability to see what seems obvious to us. But what if the thing holding you back isn't ignorance? What if it's the growing belief that you're already right?
This is why.https://www.curlynikki.com/daily-devotional-access-to-all-levels-now.html
Due to CP's summer break, we're not having any new episodes, so we hope you enjoy this blast from the past with one of our curated episodes! We are not our personalities. However, when we are unaware of our lower selves, it's easy to identify with our personalities. In this episode, Uranio Paes goes through each of the nine types to give examples of how to fool the personality so that we can be free from its hold on us. Each of the nine Enneagram types has an over-developed Center of Intelligence. Uranio talks about The Fourth Way, an approach to self-development created by George Gurdjieff. Gurdjieff was the pioneer who brought the Enneagram to the West. He taught that the first way is the way of the body, the second is the way of the heart, and the third is the way of the mind. The Fourth Way is mixing these three Centers of Intelligence so our personality doesn't control how we react and we can be a more complete human beyond the confines of our personality. Dental "silver fillings" are made with roughly 50% mercury, and researchers found adults with amalgam fillings carried significantly higher blood mercury levels than people without them The study showed that mercury exposure rose as the number of amalgam filling surfaces increased, meaning every additional filling added to the body's toxic burden Mercury vapor released from fillings travels through the bloodstream, crosses into the brain and placenta, and accumulates inside tissues over time even when blood tests appear relatively normal Everyday habits such as chewing gum, grinding your teeth, and drinking very hot beverages increase mercury vapor release from amalgam fillings and raise ongoing exposure Choosing mercury-free dentistry, avoiding unsafe removal procedures, and supporting efforts to ban amalgam nationwide help reduce long-term mercury exposure for you and your family
His company policy is: there will be absolutely no human-written code. Today, we're talking to Trevor Hinesley, Cofounder and CTO at Soundstripe. We discuss the five levels of AI-written code and what it actually looks like to operate at the highest ones, why Trevor's team has a strict policy of zero human-written code, how the "dark factory" concept is reshaping what engineers actually do, and why a company built on AI-powered development still bets everything on human-made music. All of this right here, right now, on the Modern CTO Podcast! To learn more about Soundstripe, check out their website here.
Leave us a messge!!This week I'm revisiting an older episode that sparked a lot of conversation then—and honestly, still does now.The topic? The so-called "levels" of a Female-Led Relationship.I came across an article that attempted to break FLRs into four distinct levels, ranging from couples who are just exploring the concept all the way to highly structured, lifestyle-based dynamics. My subbie and I sat down and walked through each level, translating what the article was trying to say into something that actually makes sense in real life. Along the way, we talk about: What an entry-level FLR might actually look like How communication, titles, boundaries, and expectations evolve over time Why confidence often grows alongside female leadership The difference between a relationship feeling empowering versus feeling like extra work Financial decisions, household responsibilities, and power exchange Why BDSM and FLR are not necessarily the same thing How our own dynamic moves between different "levels" depending on what life is throwing at us that week One of the biggest takeaways from this episode is that there is no finish line.Too many people discover FLR and immediately start wondering if they're "doing it right" or whether they've reached some magical level of dominance or submission. That's not how real relationships work. Relationships evolve. People evolve. Life evolves. The goal isn't to reach Level 4 like it's a video game. The goal is to build a dynamic that works for the two people living it. My subbie and I realized years ago that we don't fit neatly into any one category. Some days our dynamic is very structured. Other days life is chaotic and we simply operate as a team. Neither approach makes the relationship more or less valid. If you're new to Female-Led Relationships, or if you've ever felt intimidated by labels, rankings, or someone else's definition of what an FLR should look like, this episode is for you.Make it yours.SEO Keywordsfemale led relationship, FLR levels, female led relationship guide, FLR beginner, dominant wife relationship, FLR communication, power exchange relationship, FLR lifestyle, female dominance marriage, healthy female led relationshipGet 30 Days of FREE Starlink!! Better Business Better Life! Helping you live your Ideal Entrepreneurial Life through EOS & Experts
In this episode of Better Business, Better Life, Debra Chantry-Taylor explores how EOS and AI can give your team 10 hours back every week with AI strategist, author, and CEO of Bizukka, John Munsell. As AI continues to reshape the way organisations operate, many businesses are rushing to implement new tools without the governance, training, or strategy needed to use them effectively. John explains why this approach creates significant risks and often prevents companies from achieving the productivity gains they expect.Drawing on his experience as CEO of Bizukka and creator of the AI Strategy Canvas, John introduces the concept of the 10 Levels of AI Mastery, a framework designed to help organisations build AI capability in a structured and responsible way. Rather than jumping straight into advanced automation, he argues that businesses must first develop collective expertise, clear processes, and strong AI governance.Throughout the conversation, John shares practical examples of how AI can dramatically improve efficiency when implemented correctly. One standout case study reveals how a CEO used AI to streamline complex RFP responses, reducing a three-week process to just three days and saving more than $70,000 in the process.Debra and John also discuss the growing security concerns surrounding AI, including phishing attacks, autonomous agents, and the risks of employees using AI tools without proper oversight. John warns that poor AI adoption is not simply a technology problem. It is a leadership problem that requires education, accountability, and clear policies across the organisation. The discussion covers how businesses can integrate AI into every department, the importance of upskilling employees, and why organisations that invest in training can unlock 10 to 12 hours of productive time per employee every week.John also shares insights into advanced AI tools, practical implementation strategies, and the importance of balancing innovation with governance. He introduces his AI Impact Analysis tool and explains how businesses can assess their readiness for AI before making significant investments. This episode is essential listening for business owners and leadership teams who want to harness the power of AI while avoiding the costly consequences of poor AI adoption, ensuring technology becomes a competitive advantage rather than a business risk.CONNECT WITH DEBRA: ___________________________________________ ►Debra Chantry-Taylor is a Certified EOS Implementer | Entrepreneurial Leadership & Business Coach | Business Owner►Connect with Debra: debra@businessaction.com.au ►See how she can help you: https://businessaction.co.nz/►Claim Your Free E-Book: https://www.businessaction.co.nz/free-e-book/___________________________________________ GUEST'S DETAILS: ► John Munsell – LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jwmunsell/► Website: Bizzuka: www.bizzuka.comEpisode 275 Chapters: 00:00 – Introduction00:40 – Impact of AI on Businesses04:23 – Levels of AI Mastery12:54 – AI in Business Operations17:50 – Common Mistakes in AI Implementation26:11 – AI Governance and Security34:41 – Tools and Resources for AI Implementation35:00 – Practical Tips for AI Adoption35:16 – Community and Support for AI Implementation37:17 – Final Thoughts and Next Steps

Betrayal doesn't just hurt, it destabilizes. It disrupts your sleep, spikes your cortisol, and quietly convinces you that you can't move forward until the person who wronged you finally acknowledges what they did. But what if the closure you're waiting on was never going to come, and what if that's actually okay? What sounds like a Sunday school story is actually a masterclass in what happens when betrayal becomes a corridor instead of a dead end. In this episode: Why betrayal produces a genuine physiological stress response, and why that matters for high-achievers dealing with burnout Four things betrayal does in people who refuse to let it be the final word (including one that can't be earned any other way) The internal narrative that keeps most people stagnant long after the betrayal itself is over What Joseph's response to his brothers in Genesis 50 reveals about processed pain, and why it's the frame for everything The intention of the betrayer does not determine the outcome of the betrayed. You'll learn why speaking to customers who aren't ready to buy can hurt conversions, how to create content that resonates at every stage of the buyer journey, and how to align your messaging with what prospects need to hear next.Topics covered include:• The five levels of customer awareness • Why marketing messages fail to connect • How to create content for each stage of the buyer journey • Matching marketing channels to customer intent • Creating calls to action that drive higher conversions • Practical examples you can apply to your own marketing strategyWhether you're a business owner, marketer, agency leader, or entrepreneur, this episode will help you create more relevant messaging, improve engagement, and move prospects from awareness to action.Key Takeaway: The best marketing doesn't start with what you want to say. It starts with understanding what your customer is ready to hear.

John Parmentola discusses a puzzle of how sea levels fell ~400 feet during ice ages and argues global annual solar input is nearly constant, implying compensating regional heating when the Arctic cools. Using Antarctic ice-core temperature proxies and orbital mechanics, he introduces a new “countervailing obliquity precession effect” (COPE): a biannual insolation asymmetry that increases tropical-zone energy deposition while Arctic summer insolation and melt potential decline, affecting the hydrological cycle, moisture transport, albedo, and glacial descent. He estimates the evaporation energy need (~10^26 J) and says COPE energy over millennia exceeds this. He cites satellite/top-of-atmosphere energy-balance analysis (~1 W/m² net gain) and notes tests: second-half-year precipitation bias, possible Arctic moisture-transport bias, and CO2 outgassing seasonality. Welcome back to Truth, Lies & Work, the award-winning workplace podcast where behavioural science meets workplace culture. As artificial intelligence accelerates and automation becomes a fixture in our workplaces, a massive shift is happening. The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs data maps out the skills that will define the next five years, and the top of the human skills list reads less like a traditional training catalogue and more like a description of a great therapist: empathy, active listening, resilience, and the ability to influence without authority. This week, we are joined for a third time by management and leadership coach Vince Sanderson. With 14 years of coaching experience and millions of likes on social media, Vince's mission is to teach leaders the vital human-centric skills they very often never get formal training on. In this episode, we break down these "soft skills" into actionable workplace behaviours, discuss why a manager has more impact on an employee's life satisfaction than a therapist, and identify the single "multiplier" skill that will define successful leadership this decade.

Yet many people lost weight only to regain it. According to obesity medicine pioneer Dr. Robert Kushner, that wasn't a failure of willpower. It was a failure to fully understand the biology driving weight regulation. In this episode of A Whole New Level, Mike Haney sits down with Kushner, one of the leading figures in obesity medicine and a lead investigator on the landmark STEP trials, to discuss how GLP-1 medications are changing the field. He explains why these drugs may be the first treatments capable of helping patients “fight biology with biology,” why appetite regulation appears to work differently in different people, and why many patients describe a dramatic reduction in food noise after starting treatment. But this conversation goes beyond how the drugs work. Kushner also addresses one of the biggest questions facing obesity medicine today: who should actually take these medications? He explains why obesity specialists evaluate far more than a number on the scale, why someone hoping to lose a modest amount of weight may want to think carefully before pursuing treatment, and why successful long-term health still requires changes that no medication can provide. They also discuss obesity as a disease, the promise and limitations of telehealth prescribing, and why maintaining weight loss often requires something deeper than motivation: a shift in identity.

Episode Summary Everyone wants the lifestyle. The healthy marriage. The disciplined routine. The strong body. The better habits. The consistent mindset. But most people never make it past motivation. Why? Because transformation doesn't happen in one big moment — it happens in stages. In this episode, we break down the full journey of change and explain how a simple idea eventually becomes part of your identity. We unpack why people constantly "start over," why motivation fades so quickly, and what actually creates lasting change in fitness, marriage, business, parenting, and life. This episode introduces what we call the Levels of Action — the stages every person moves through when trying to grow, improve, or reinvent themselves. The Levels of Action 1. Idea The awareness stage. "I should probably change." This is where people recognize: low energy frustration poor habits disconnection unhappiness Awareness starts the process — but awareness alone changes nothing. 2. Motivation The emotional stage. New shoes. New gym. New year. New inspiration. Motivation creates excitement and momentum, but it's temporary. Most people mistake motivation for transformation. The truth? Motivation starts the car. It doesn't drive the whole trip. 3. Habit The repetition stage. This is where behaviors start becoming more automatic: daily walks meal prep workouts intentional routines Habits reduce decision fatigue — but they're still fragile and easy to break during stressful seasons. 4. Routine The structure stage. The behavior becomes scheduled and expected. This is where: routines create stability consistency creates momentum chaos begins to decrease Routines don't create restriction. They create freedom. 5. Discipline The standard stage. This is where you act regardless of mood. You train tired. You show up stressed. You stop negotiating with yourself. Discipline forms when: the standard becomes stronger than the mood. 6. Identity / Lifestyle The end goal. Not: "I'm trying to work out." But: "This is just who I am." A lifestyle is simply a habit you stopped negotiating with. What Pushes People Forward? We also discuss the factors that help people move to the next level: Environment Spouse and relationships Coaches and accountability Community Standards Faith Momentum Pain and frustration Structure and routines And just as importantly… What Pulls People Backward? Chaos Comfort Isolation Burnout Negative environments Emotional decision-making Lack of accountability Perfectionism The Marriage Fit Angle One of the biggest insights from this episode: Couples are often at different levels at the same time. One spouse may be disciplined while the other is still relying on motivation. One may want growth while the other wants comfort. That gap can either create friction… or fuel growth. Your environment matters — and your relationship is one of the strongest environments you have. Final Takeaway Transformation does not happen in one decision. It happens through repeated reps until the behavior becomes who you are. You don't become disciplined overnight. You become disciplined one rep at a time.

Trust starts with reliability. That's just level 1. Do you do what you say you're gonna do? Can I believe what you say? Level 5 trust takes even more. What level are you at with the people on your team?
This episode is built around one central truth: Self-respect is not a feeling. It's an internal agreement. Most people think self-respect is confidence, discipline, or a list of good habits. But real self-respect goes deeper than behavior. It's the internal standard that governs how you treat yourself, what you tolerate, the boundaries you enforce, and the choices you make when fear, emotion, or pressure try to pull you away from your worth. In this episode, I break down: What self-respect actually is Why many people unknowingly disrespect themselves How your worth became tied to external validation The connection between self-respect, boundaries, and enforcement The 3 Levels of Self-Respect The habits and patterns that quietly destroy self-respect How to build a life rooted in alignment, principle, and Self-leadership This is not motivation. This is about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself. Because your life will always organize itself around the level of self-respect you truly have.
