Gillie O'Tene and Spaghetto Fabulous stopped by for a chat about the Lowcountry Highrollers Roller Derby Team(s). This was way interesting. Honestly, we really had no idea how large the organization was or roller derby for that mater. You can check out their website for the schedule and other great information. Also, no prior experience is necessary and they even have a league to 10-17 year olds.
Sean Houston is the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations AND the voice of the Riverdogs. We did our first location recording with him from the press box at the Joe Riley Stadium in Charleston S.C. Sean was great and we discussed the team, baseball, broadcasting and Bill Murray movies. Yes, I said Bill Murray movies.
Today we spoke with Jenion Tyson from the Clemson Extension service again! This was a fun show touching upon the topics of heat, insects and scarecrows. Yes, I said scarecrows! Check it out and remember to subcribe on iTunes.
We had the founder of CPS, Brandie Thomas, come by and speak about ghost hunting and paranormal investigations. It was a great talk and we really learned a great deal about paranormal investigation and what it takes to run a group.
We spoke with Nicholai Burton of the Park Circle Film Society about the organization. Check out the show for some history, information and upcoming events.
We recently spoke with Master Gardener Jenion Tyson. Jenion works with the Clemson Exchange Service and had great information. He was kind enough to speak to us in a way that novice gardeners like ourselves could understand. Be sure to listen for a great overview of gardening in the early Summer.
