In fact, they’ve been changing little by little over the years, and today I have a few tidbits to share. First, once Dominion Energy gets their hydro license approved, they’ll be able to sell 50 acres per year. To have a dock approval, though, you must have at least 200 feet of shoreline. If you’re a seller and you don’t have a dock permit, this means it behooves you to get one. As we all know, lots with docks are more valuable than lots without them.
