For anyone who’s looking at betting online you’ve likely started to see a few sites that either use Bitcoin exclusively or have started to roll out Bitcoin as a payment method. There are a lot of advantages to using Bitcoin and I’ve been doing it myself for almost a year now. To get setup takes a few steps but once you’re setup I find it to be my preferred way to place bets. Advantages of Betting with Bitcoin: 1. Anonymity 2. Low fees 3. No withdrawal limits 4. No rollovers 5. Same day deposit/withdrawal For more information visit: http://dailyfantasyguys.com Music by: Aloe Blacc

This week we’re talking TEs going into Week 1 as well overall strategy for drafting TEs. While you need a TE on your team there are few issues to take into consideration when drafting. First is that few TEs consistently score a lot of fantasy pts. Only six TEs averaged double digits points last year and one was Tyler Eifert who is out for 4-6 weeks. The #1 TE, Rob Gronkowski only average just over 13 pts. (according to ESPN). The second issue is the relatively high cost of a TE compared to other positions. Let’s break down two players. First is Zach Ertz, the #1 value TE pick at Daily Fantasy Guys. He costs $4,300 at DraftKings and has a cost-per-projected-point of $310. If he were a RB with that cost and projected points he would rank #14 in value, and if he were a WR he would rank #13. So the top value TE doesn’t even crack the Top 10 in value in any other position. Second player to look at is Gronkowski, the undisputed best TE in the league. He has a cost of $7,400 for Week 1 on DraftKings. At Daily Fantasy Guys that puts his cost-per-projected-point at $653. If he were a RB with that cost and projected points he would rank #48 for value, and if he were a WR he would rank #71. So if he was any other player you wouldn’t even consider him. In this case if you were to put Gronk on your team you would pretty much be giving your team the death sentence. You would be better off saving your money to use on a better RB and/or WR. As BigDog points out in the video, you can go down as low as the $2k range for TEs that will still get you points, saving you lots of extra cash to spend on other positions. If you are looking for a good TE without completely breaking the bank, here are our top picks. Keep in mind that our recommendation is not to start by drafting these players and then filling your roster, but to do just the opposite. Pick your other positions and if you have enough to draft any of the below players, you can do so. Otherwise pick a low cost player and focuses on other positions. Top Value TEs: Zach Ertz Delanie Walker Martellus Bennett Antonio Gates Jared Cook For other player picks make sure to watch our Top WR Video and our Top RB Video. Next week we’ll have a video on Top QB picks, and finally we’ll post an overall Week 1 draft strategy video before kick off on September 11. This week we’re talking Week 1 Wide Receivers for both full year and daily fantasy drafts. We still have a few weeks before kick off on Week 1 so things may still change, but as they stand now we have a few good thoughts on both full year players and some value picks. For Running Backs, check our Week 1 Top RB Picks videos as well. Big Dog: Antonio Brown Julio Jones Brandon Marshall Dez Bryant PapaBear: Julio Jones Brandin Cooks Kamar Aiken/Steve Smith Sr. Jordan Matthews Honorable mention: Jordy Nelson – Without any data from last year it’s a little harder to say for sure where he would rank this year, but we both agree he is a top player and should be a top consideration for a full year draft. Week 1 is more of a wild card though.
