Ken and Anthony count down to the 10:30 reveal of Cleveland's new WNBA team name, questioning why every WNBA player and coach seems obligated to weigh in on political topics compared to other leagues, and defending Caitlin Clark's choice to stay focused on basketball rather than take public stances. They run through the finalist names again, including Breakers, Waves, Crown, and Riveters, before settling on the Sirens as the likely pick based on social teasers, with Ken diving into the mythological meaning of sirens as deadly lures on rocky coasts. The conversation turns to lingering frustration with the Guardians' branding, particularly the disliked logo, before Ken closes out the show insisting he's sleeping fine despite online criticism over his quarterback takes.

The crew is back and they take an unscripted journey through classic 90s hip-hop and R&B, pop culture nostalgia, and spirited debates! In this episode, the team breaks down the true cultural origin of Air Force Ones—from Harlem's "uptowns" to Nelly and the St. Lunatics taking the classic shoe global. They also dive deep into classic rap rivalries and guest feature "homicides," analyzing iconic verses where guest MCs completely stole the show—including Eminem on Jay-Z's "Renegade," Nicki Minaj on "Monster," and Kendrick Lamar's internet-breaking verse on "Control." They examine Questlove's theory on how drug eras shaped the sound of hip-hop over time, revisit the legendary choreography behind BBD's "Poison" with Brooke Payne, and debate whether Usher's Confessions tops R. Kelly's catalog as the greatest R&B album of a generation. Top it all off with hilarious behind-the-scenes stories about Video Soul, Donnie Simpson, and James Brown's eccentric antics! Welcome to Ranger levels 1 through 4, where you can become a deadly shadow archer, command your own miniature dragon, or sacrifice your entire action so that a flying snake with the structural integrity of wet parchment can participate in combat. In this episode, we explore Favored Enemies nobody tracks, terrain nobody visits, spells competing for the same concentration slot, and the revolutionary discovery that the Ranger becomes significantly better when you replace most of the Ranger. Grab your longbow, release your drake, and prepare to whisper, "Go get 'em, little buddy," moments before your animal companion is killed by incidental damage. Show Notes The Ranger has spent years carrying a terrible reputation, but is the entire class actually bad, or did everyone read the original Beast Master, experience psychic damage, and refuse to look at the class again? In this episode, we begin our journey through the 2014 Ranger from levels 1 through 4. We break down the class's ability scores, armor, weapons, skills, Fighting Styles, spellcasting, and its awkward position somewhere between Fighter, Rogue, and person who remembers to bring enough trail rations. We examine the original Favored Enemy and Natural Explorer features, which are extremely useful when the campaign takes place in one specific biome against one specific enemy and the DM insists that every mile of travel be handled in real time. Then we look at Tasha's optional features, including Favored Foe and Deft Explorer, which give Rangers abilities they might actually use during an adventure. At level 3, the builds split dramatically. Randall embraces the darkness with a Gloom Stalker built around stealth, hand crossbows, and making an alarming number of attacks before the enemy understands that combat has started. Ash chooses the Drakewarden, gaining a durable dragon companion that can attack, support allies, and generally behave like a functional subclass feature. Tyler, meanwhile, voluntarily builds the original Player's Handbook Beast Master. Armed with determination, optimism, and a flying snake that can be eliminated by an aggressively closed door, he attempts to prove that the subclass can work. It technically can, provided your definition of working includes surrendering your action, protecting your pet at all costs, and carrying its body around until the DM allows you to find another one. By level 4, the difference is impossible to ignore. The Gloom Stalker is attacking repeatedly from the shadows, the Drakewarden is firing arrows while a dragon controls the front line, and the Beast Master is pointing toward the enemy and asking his snake to please do something useful. Two Rangers are ready for the next tier of play. One Ranger needs to lie down. Key Takeaways Dexterity is usually the Ranger's best primary ability. It supports ranged and finesse weapons, Armor Class, initiative, Stealth, and several important saving throws without demanding the impossible ability spread required by most Strength builds. The original level-one features are painfully campaign-dependent. Favored Enemy mostly helps with tracking and recalling information, while Natural Explorer becomes relevant only when the party is traveling through the terrain you selected. Tasha's optional features are major improvements. Favored Foe provides extra damage without consuming a bonus action, while Deft Explorer gives the Ranger expertise in a chosen skill and helps it better occupy the party's scout role. Bonus-action management matters. Hunter's Mark, two-weapon fighting, Crossbow Expert, and companion commands can all compete for the same bonus action, so your build needs a clear plan for how its turns will work. Archery remains an excellent Fighting Style. The attack bonus is reliable, useful at every level, and especially valuable for builds planning to use powerful ranged feats later. Ranger spells should provide more than damage. Healing, control, mobility, and utility can offer better value than repeatedly concentrating on Hunter's Mark, especially when Favored Foe can handle shorter fights. Most Ranger subclasses are functional or strong. Gloom Stalker offers excellent opening-round offense, Drakewarden delivers an effective companion, and even Hunter remains playable. The original Beast Master is the feature responsible for much of the class's terrible reputation. The original Beast Master has a brutal action economy. Commanding the companion to attack consumes the Ranger's action, leaving the character watching their pet play D&D on their behalf. Modern companion subclasses demonstrate what Beast Master should have been. The Drake can act through a bonus action, contribute extra damage with its reaction, support the front line, and survive encounters without requiring constant emotional and medical supervision. Your build should have a recognizable combat loop by level 4. Randall attacks rapidly from hiding, Ash fires from range while the Drake fights up front, and Tyler commands a snake while quietly reconsidering every decision that brought him here. ServiceNow has been hammered in the software selloff, but our Q2 2026 earnings breakdown reveals a business quietly repositioning itself for the AI edge. CEO Bill McDermott and CFO Gina Mastantuono delivered 25% year-over-year revenue growth, accelerating subscription guidance, and two strategic acquisitions, Veza and Armis, that push ServiceNow into identity, access, and device-level cybersecurity. We break down why McDermott calls this the fastest-growing risk and security business among the top 10 enterprise cybersecurity players, and why the market still treats ServiceNow like an AI-era loser rather than an edge-AI beneficiary. The conversation covers GAAP versus non-GAAP metrics, including a 55% decline in GAAP operating income, balance sheet strength post-acquisitions, full-year subscription revenue guidance near $16 billion, and a reverse DCF on free cash flow per share to gauge what the current stock price is actually pricing in. We also compare ServiceNow's cybersecurity revenue against pure-play peers like Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, and Fortinet using data from our research dashboard. If you're evaluating semiconductor and AI infrastructure stocks, foundry exposure, or non-correlated edge-AI plays for portfolio diversification, this ServiceNow deep dive lays out both the bull case and the real risks.Semi Insider members get access to CSI's research platform and tools, plus deeper research as it happens. Big Brother 10's Michelle Costa joins The Exclusive for this edition of Memory Wall to break down everything from Keesha's birthday and her now-iconic "unitard meltdown" on live eviction night. The self-proclaimed Portuguese princess reflects on "clocking" Dan as America's Player long before anyone in the house believed her, the kitchen scene so tense it felt "like a funeral," and the surreal Catalina Island date where Dan told her, "This isn't Rhode Island, but it's paradise." Michelle also revisits the infamous jury house bomb she dropped just because she was "bored" — telling the house she'd vote for Memphis to win — and weighs in on whether Dan's game still holds up nearly two decades later. She wraps by explaining why, 18 years later, she still has "a lot of unfinished business" and is ready to run it back for another season in the house.

Why poker and golf share many of the same mental challenges—and what golfers can learn from professional poker players. Starting pitcher Tarik Skubal took the mound on Wednesday at Comerica Park with his future very much up in the air. With the trade deadline rapidly approaching this Monday, many in the stands and around the baseball world wondered if this would be the two-time Cy Young Award winner's final start for the Detroit Tigers. On this episode of Baseball Bar-B-Cast, Jake Mintz and Jordan Shusterman discuss why this could be the end of the line for Skubal in Detroit, as the Tigers continue to mull whether they will trade their ace despite still being in a postseason push. The guys then determine which team makes the most sense to acquire Skubal and what a potential trade package could look like if the Tigers decide to pull the trigger before Monday's 6 p.m. ET deadline. Later in the show, Jake and Jordan try to identify the one player that the New York Mets, San Francisco Giants, Kansas City Royals, Toronto Blue Jays, and other probable sellers will trade by Monday, and why now could be the perfect time for each club to think about the future. They close the show by taking a look at the current state of the Seattle Mariners following their first win at Dodger Stadium since 2009, Shohei Ohtani's biceps becoming a bit of a concern and an early look at the upcoming 30 for 30 podcast about the Ohtani-Ippei betting scandal. 1:58 – The Opener: Skubal's farewell? 10:48 – Who are the Skubal buyers? 34:02 – We Need To Talk About: Which players are the sellers trading? 53:23 – Around The League: Mariners vibe check 1:03:24 – Shohei Ohtani has a biceps problem 1:07:11 – Ohtani-Ippei 30 for 30 podcast Subscribe to Baseball Bar-B-Cast on your favorite podcast app:
