We’re all busy. Consumed by our jobs, commitments, or daily routines, many of us often forget the importance of being fully present in the lives of those we care about the most. The time we spend on things that are nowhere near as valuable as the time we spend connecting with our friends and family is time that we can’t get back. In this mini episode, Sierra shares why it means so much to look outside of our own bubbles to genuinely connect with those closest to us.
Ladies (and gentlemen)! Let’s talk periods, boobs, sex, all of it! A lot of people, especially women, have questions that we’re too afraid to ask or that go unanswered when it comes to the female body – bleeding, being satisfied in bed, vaginas, you name it! Some of these topics are still considered “taboo” to talk about and so some of us find it easier to do a quick internet search or choose to remain unsure. But, in this episode, nothing is off limits. We talk about it all: the natural secrets to curing your period symptoms, hormonal acne, best positions for female orgasms, and the problem with the post-pregnancy “snapback” culture. We also clarify how we've been using the word "vagina" wrong to refer to our parts down there. Tune in to learn a lot of funny, helpful, and less talked about facts about sex, periods, and the female body – you’re gonna want to hear it all!
Nobody wants to hear the words “tumor” or “cancer,” especially when it comes to their own health. Sierra speaks with Monica Radu as she shares her story about being diagnosed with a cancerous bone tumor in 2017. Through a positive and inspiring outlook, Monica takes us through her experience and explains how her life completely changed for the better after her diagnosis. In less than two years, she dropped out of business school, completed a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion, had her tumor removed, and was nominated as one of Toronto’s top 50 personal trainers. Listen while the two close friends look back at what a blessing Monica’s diagnosis was to show how you can find the positive in any situation and use it to give you strength and motivation.

Sierra shares her experience and talks about how she made a few big decisions to go against the pressure she felt in order to make exciting choices for herself.
