Disclaimer: In this episode, we talk about legit vs less safe ways to get more cut and more muscular from working out. While we talk about this mostly in the context of working out in the gym—as this was taped pre-COVID—certainly similar results can be obtained from the peptides and hormones discussed when doing exercise outside of the gym, as most of us are doing these days during the COVID pandemic. What are the safe ways to get extra bang for my work-out buck? Keith calls with the question many guys have: Am I making a deal with the devil in using some of these things other guys at the gym are using to make faster and bigger gains? Drs. Alex and Myles explain the pros and cons of anabolic steroids, testosterone, growth hormones, and peptides for building muscle, losing fat, and generally making the most out of your work-outs.

Red flags, treatments, and that dreaded finger exam: what you need to know about your prostate. It can get enlarged, cause urinary issues, and could even be hiding cancer. Doctors Alex and Myles cover what you need to know about benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and what could be happening with it if you constantly have to pee. This episode covers medications, natural supplements, procedures, and even surgery for enlarged prostates - and there are many more options than there for generations past. Learn about screening for cancer, when you might need that finger exam, and what to do if your urine issues have nothing to do with your prostate.

They also reveal how sex drive and testosterone are impacted by both stress and sleep, and vice versa; watching screens and letting blue light in at night can ruin your mojo. This episode is chock full of practical tips on how to manage stress and feel more rested—resulting in a stronger, leaner more powerful YOU.

Today’s caller, Jim, is off his game and not sure why. At his regular annual check-up, his doc told him he’s all good. So what gives? Doctors Alex and Myles get into it (it’s Internist vs Urologist!) on what a true men’s health expert can do for guys who aren’t feeling their best. Do you just order drugs online? What kid on doc can really help to get to the root cause of any issues? And what’s the best way to approach hormones – assessing them and fine-tuning Testosterone? It turns out a less than rock hard erection could be a canary in a coal mine, so this is serious stuff. Dr. Myles gives some tips on how to get your doc to pay attention and see if they are the right guy or girl for you. Today’s episode is our Q&A from our resident expert/representative of woman-kind, Marie. She answers the questions guys would love to ask women but never do, like... does size really not matter? How long should he last to make it “good sex?” Is it hotter if he has more cum? Hint: Marie is not a big fan of a hot mess. We learn the number one thing Marie (and probably most women) would want you to know about sex (and it has nothing to do with anal, although that does come up!), and more about the female perspective on what women really want and what they want YOU to know about them and their bodies. Today’s caller, Lisa, wonders why her boyfriend has lost all interest in having sex with her. She’s a self-proclaimed hottie. So, what gives? To answer that, Dr. Spar, Dr. Alex, and Jason decided to bring in Marie, a special guest meant to represent the mindset of all women everywhere. They talk about what impacts a man’s erections and libido and what they and their partners can do to help things along. Of course “stage fright” is a real thing, but it’s not just performance anxiety that makes willie wilt – general stress, lack of good quality sleep and especially low testosterone can all make it harder to stay hard. The gender-diverse crew concludes that men need to work on stress, getting their T levels checked and opening up more in order to … Get It Up. (see what we did there?) Today’s caller Brent wonders if his wife is right when she says at 35, he could be less than fertile. Dr. Alex, Dr. Spar, and Jason clue him in on the truth about the male biological clock and how sperm are impacted by age, and by life! They talk about ways to keep your sperm youthful and fit, and even new techniques to assess the quality of sperm, including a way to check your sperm age. Turns out, while bulls are great baby-makers (or is that calf-makers?), humans’ fertility is more sensitive to the ways we live – for guys and girls. Importantly, they touch on the impact taking testosterone has on fertility and hints for improving sperm quality and quantity. Plus, we ask you to vote on our Facebook page: which is the correct way to say “Infertile” – like Dr. Spar says it or like Dr. Alex does?! Listen and vote! Today's caller Will wants to know the truth about dick and ball size. Dr. Spar, Dr. Alex, and Jason dive deep into the science behind erections, the facts and myths of how to make your dick larger (does the pump really work?), and the difference between getting longer vs harder. We also hear about how to accurately measure your dick, the mythical micropenis, how big your balls should be, and Jason discovers he may actually have a larger penis than he thinks; he just has a fat pad!

Today's caller Aaron doesn’t realize it but he has textbook low testosterone. Dr. Spar, Dr. Alex and Jason discuss the existential crises of LOW T. Beliving that erection problems, poor sex drive, irritability, weight gain, muscle loss are just signs of aging, millions of men are suffering unnecessarily. Off the shelf supplements, boner pills and other quickie solutions don’t work. Primary care doctors, urologists, and the online pharmacies aren’t helping guys. Getting treated by a trained men’s health specialist is key! The doctors tell Jason he is part lady (Netflix knew that about him though) as he discovers his testosterone is converting to estrogen. Estrogen is important, in the right amount, it’s critical for bone health, brain health, but elevated levels need to be treated or it can cause “man-boobs” among other issues.

Today’s caller wants to remain anonymous, so let’s call him Frank. Dr. Alex, Dr. Spar and Jason answer his questions about cumming - as in, how much is a normal amount, how far do most guys shoot and how hard is the right amount of hard? They help out Jason’s “friend” who is having some trouble lasting long enough, including sharing a surprising but useful trick to holding out longer. Is erectile dysfunction as common as it seems? The guys talk about what it really is and what it actually could mean about your health if your erections aren’t what they used to be or are even a little out of shape. Jason realizes that your penis might be your best friend, warning you of trouble ahead (and not in the ways you think).
