For this weeks episode I decided to use one of my favourite episodes from a previous series I did last year, with the wonderful Mima Beauchamp. Another topic of today was the toxicity of social media and how friendships can be largely effected by false personal advertisement on instagram. Sometimes deleting those apps can be a good thing to live a happier and healthier life!
