In this continuation of the series on Unity in the Body of Christ, we learn about how we have to make every effort to keep and preserve the unity of the Spirit by seeking those things which tend to, and make for peace – “one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:3-6.

In this continuation of the series on Unity in the Body of Christ, we learn about the characteristics of a true unity in spirit and how we have to maintain the unity of the Spirit through Christ: by loving others earnestly from a pure heart, by showing compassion towards others and by setting ourselves free from pride and arrogance through humility. In this sermon, Pastor Yishak teaches about dwelling in the presence of God. “How lovely is your dwelling place, LORD Almighty!  My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young— a place near your altar, LORD Almighty, my King and my God…”

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you”

“Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends!”
