In this episode we talk about what diversity and inclusion means, why we need it, we talk about practical examples of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and what we can do to ensure that we contribute to an inclusive world in general.  Our own experiences with being part of a minority group shape this podcast and we discuss how that has affected us, how we see things developing in the future.  I really enjoyed recording this podcast.
