Too often women are concerned with the needs and wishes of everyone around them and they put themselves last on their list. We are the caregivers, the teachers, the mothers, and everyone else’s needs come before ours. We are always doing for others and our cup never gets full. But the problem is when we don’t fill up our own cups, we are depriving our loved ones and those people around us from getting the best of us. And, I am here to tell you taking time for ourselves and NOT apologizing for it is imperative.
