He founded Afrocreative Centre for Entrepreneurship (ACE) in 2018 as a platform where young people of African backgrounds can learn leadership skills, share their ideas and actively learn from their peers under the guidance of mentors. Lual describes himself as a Teacher and loves sharing ideas. He is also a life long learner and reads on average two books a month on various topics from which he obtains much of his subtle thoughts. Lual is also the founder of the interactive blog unclemesh.com which serves as an avenue for sharing some of the ideas he has learned through life.

“One day, you will meet yourself and wonder why you thought it was someone else's job to make you a better version of yourself”. Chiletso Mpikamezo Trust that a future version of you already knows better for you. THEY ARE ALREADY A BETTER VERSION OF YOU AND THEY ALREADY EXIST. Time Heals and Teaches.
